A species of flat-backed beasts with carapaces that inhabited the rivers on Felucia a planet in the Outer Rim Territories. The Jungle Felucians rode these beasts around the water ways.[1]
Between 3 BBY and 1 BBY,[2] Galen Marek used the force to attract a member of the species. After connecting with its mind Marek considered it semisentient at best and used it to traverse part of Felucia during his mission to hunt down Jedi Master, Shaak Ti.[1]

The species first appeared in the novelization by Sean Williams[1] of the 2008 video game, Star Wars: The Force Unleashed developed and published by LucasArts.[3]
