A malfunctioning binary loadlifter[3] attacked an Aleena mother and child on Coruscant. It was destroyed by Ahsoka Tano.[1]

The cleaning droid was designed by David Le Merrer for unfinished episodes of The Clone Wars TV series. The series was cancelled before it made its appearance.[4]
