Unidentified missile platform

The title of this article is conjectural. Although this article is based on canonical information, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

During the early reign of the Galactic Empire, the Coruscant Security Force identified Darth Vader's starship as a Separatist splinter cell. With Vader's starship having its communications jammed and thus not being able to transmit access codes to Coruscant's orbital defense, a missile platform launched several missiles, resulting in Vader crashing on Coruscant's surface. The incident was part of a conspiracy against Vader by several Imperial officers.^[1]
