Unidentified sub-governor

The title of this article is conjectural. Although this article is based on canonical information, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

A sub-governor worked for the Galactic Empire on Sergia. When Luke Skywalker wished to locate Imperial scouts on Sergia, Warba Calip suggested buying the information from the sub-governor's secretary. To acquire the money needed to do so, Calip had Skywalker rob the local Imperial payroll garrison.^[1]
