The University of Yabol Opa was a planet-wide university[1] located on the Colonies world Yabol Opa.[2] In 22 BBY,[3] Grand Warden Solokin Sakellar served as the university's absolute ruler and had a lodge on the Galactic Republic capital of Coruscant.[1]

In the current Star Wars canon, the University of Yabol Opa was mentioned in the 2016 reference book Star Wars: Complete Locations. It was part of material reprinted[1] from the 2003 reference book Inside the Worlds of Star Wars: Attack of the Clones, which was written by Simon Beecroft and Curtis Saxton, and marked the first mention of the university in the Star Wars Legends continuity.[4]
