Urce was an astronomical object located in the regions known as the Mid Rim[1] and the New Territories.[2] It was also situated in grid square L-6 of the Standard Galactic Grid.[1] Urce shared its name with the Urce sector.[3]
Behind the scenes[]
Urce was first mentioned in the current Star Wars canon on a galactic map in Star Wars: The Force Awakens Beginner Game, a 2016 Fantasy Flight Games' Star Wars Roleplaying boxed set.[1] The planet Urce[4] was originally introduced in the Star Wars Legends continuity, where it was first mentioned in Alliance Intelligence Reports, a 1995 sourcebook for West End Games' Star Wars: The Roleplaying Game.[5]
