Neeyutnee Edit

Hello. I noticed that you asked Master Jonathan about the timeline regarding Clone Wars Gambit: Siege and Neeyutnee's ascension to the throne. If you haven't already done so, I would suggest reading this section of Neeyutnee's article for more info. The problem itself is definitely confusing, so it's totally fine if you're confused. (To hopefully alleviate your confusion, I'd like to try to explain what the problem is so that you have a better idea about it.)

Basically, to my knowledge, the episode "Blue Shadow Virus" (in which Neeyutnee first appears) takes place in 22 BBY, since The Essential Reader's Companion roughly dates all events of The Clone Wars: Season One to that year (notably the novelization of the film and the Secret Missions series). The events of Clone Wars Gambit: Stealth and Siege occur at some later point in time, in 21 BBY. Yes, Jamillia is mentioned in Siege (21 BBY), but it seems to be a simple error instead of an actual revision to the lineage of Naboo's queens, since the established continuity is that Neeyutnee should have succeeded Jamillia by that point, so I believe someone made a simple error along the line during the development/writing of the novel. It's not really a minor issue, since The Clone Wars series shows Neeyutnee in power throughout its chronology—just an error on the novel's part.

I hope that helps (and that it helps you understand the situation more instead of confusing you further!). If you have any other questions (related to The Clone Wars or otherwise), I'd be happy to try my hand at answering them. CC7567 (talk) 06:03, January 24, 2014 (UTC)

  • Looking at your recent edits, you seem to know how to add references correctly, so that's a plus. Some advice: when you cite a source in-text (as you recently did for Wittin), make sure that all the information preceding that citation (i.e. the paragraph "Years later, around 4 ABY, Wittin… the target of any droid supporting it.") is entirely attributable to the source that you cite. That paragraph in particular doesn't seem to have the correct citation, as I don't believe all of that information is from ROTJ as you sourced. You can visit Help:Contents for any specific wiki coding questions, or read through the site's policies to get a better idea of what the site's expectations are. You can also take a look at the Featured, Good, and Comprehensive articles to see what the more or less "finished product" of an article is, though it's not written in stone. As for which articles to expand, everything on the site is always in need of expansion, so you're welcome to start anywhere you choose. You're also welcome to make an account if you plan on contributing regularly! Let me know if you have any other questions. CC7567 (talk) 22:32, January 24, 2014 (UTC)
    • Enough is enough. If you do not physically have a source in your possession, do not create a reference for it. Yet again, you have falsified references. Trip391 (talk) 17:40, January 25, 2014 (UTC)
      • Do you own the book? Judging by your history of falsifying references and information across a variety of IP addresses and ban evasion, you've lost all credibility when it comes to adding references. Unless you have the text of the book, not what is already in the Wookieepedia article, in front of you and can verify information, you cannot add such information or reference it. It's really not difficult to understand. Cade StupidRepublicEmblem-Traced-TORkit Calrayn 18:01, January 25, 2014 (UTC)
