Wookiees-Transparent

Wookieepedia aspires to be a reliable source for all Star Wars fans to read and draw information from, and as such, fan-created continuity and fan fiction are not allowed within our articles. All in-universe material must be attributable to a reliable, published source.

Do not remove talk page and forum comments, including your own, as they are part of the public record. Remember that you should always sign your comments on talk and vote pages using four tildes, like this: ~~~~.

For an optimal viewing experience, Wookieepedia recommends using the Monobook skin. For help changing your skin preference, see Help:Skin.

We hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wookieepedian! If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the Senate Hall, visit our official IRC channel, or ask one of our administrators. May the Force be with you!

Verify notice Edit

Thank you for contributing to Wookieepedia! Please note that at least one of your recent additions added unverified information to a mainspace article. Additions to Wookieepedia's articles must be verifiable by a reliable source per our sourcing policy, and unverified information may be reverted or deleted. Continuing to add unverified information may lead to you being blocked from editing by an administrator. Thank you. Toprawa and Ralltiir 08:25, February 20, 2011 (UTC)

Edits Edit

Please check out the information contained in the pages linked to under "Contribution help" above. This should help a lot with your edit quality. For starters, everything written in Mainspace in-universe articles needs to be in the past tense. Graestan(Talk) 11:06, March 15, 2011 (UTC)

UploadsEdit

Please refer to Wookieepedia:Images, which can be found under the "other policies and guidelines" link in your welcome message, and familiarize yourself with the sourcing and licensing requirements before uploading any more images. Continuing to upload images with falsified license tags or missing source information will be considered vandalism and will result in a block. Thank you. -- Darth Culator (Talk) 14:03, March 27, 2011 (UTC)

Ahsoka... Edit

Please do not remove information from the articles without an explanation and needed discussion, as you did in Ahsoka Tano. If it was an mistake, using a preview and "show changes" feature might help. (: –Tm_T (Talk) 06:04, March 31, 2011 (UTC)

Image licensing Edit

Hi, screenshots of licensed work aren't copyrighted to you, but to the copyright holders of the source material. You might like to pay attention to our Image policy. –Tm_T (Talk) 09:55, March 31, 2011 (UTC)

Blocked Edit

Dialog-error You have been blocked from editing for 1 week, for continued failure to properly upload images. To contest this block, please contact the blocking administrator with the reason you believe the block is unjustified. Image sources Edit

Hi there. Please try to refrain from consistently failing to add a proper source to your image uploads; "A screenshot from the episode I downloaded" is not adequate in the slightest. Please re-read the image policy before uploading any more images. Thanks, NAYAYEN 16:15, May 24, 2011 (UTC)

  • While better than what you were using, "Isohunt/Star Wars The Clone Wars/Season 3/Episode 22" is still totally unacceptable. Why you feel the need to include the fact that you obtained it from a torrent site is bizarre. The source field is intended for where the image is originally from not where you personally obtained it. Please try to remember this in future. NAYAYEN 18:41, 28 May 2011 (UTC)
    • Take your pick. You simply put whatever the product it is originally from is, not where you personally obtained it. For example, so far you seem to have uploaded images from TCW episodes so you'd put the name of the episode (using the {{TCW|episode name}} template for those). You wouldn't add a quote to an article with the source as "The copy of Heir to the Empire I bought from Waterstones", you'd just put "Heir to the Empire". Do you understand the difference I'm getting at? Hopefully this helps. NAYAYEN 19:11, May 29, 2011 (UTC)

Summary Edit

Hi Darth Q the first! Please remember to leave a edit summary, to do this look above the "save" button. Thanks! --Talrrivanian Republic Emblem (Chaos) 11:01, May 28, 2011 (UTC)

Appearance sections Edit

If you see any missing or incorrect information in an appearance section in an article, you may always correct it without having to start a redundant talk page message. Be Bold. JangFett (Talk) 17:30, June 16, 2011 (UTC)

"Q" Edit

Please do not continue to do (Q) as a way of signing talk pages, as an anon ip or not. You must properly sign talk pages by typing ~~~~. This (Q) has been an issue for quite sometime. Thank you for your cooperation. JangFett (Talk) 17:42, February 4, 2012 (UTC)
