Reverted editEdit

Hi. I reverted your edition to Karyn Faro's article. You removed a quote from Thrawn where Thrawn, Faro and Donassius talk about events of Sammun. I wanted to explain futher why I reverted that removal, because that is actually an argument I've been waiting since I added that bit of dialog. The use of that quote in Faro's article is based on the audiobook version of the novel, where Marc Thompson uses the voice he always uses for Faro to read that line. In fact, I got the audiobook version for myself just to make sure if Thompson uses Thrawn's or Faro's voice to read it so that the quote is correct in the article.--Dionne Jinn (Something to say?) 20:41, November 14, 2019 (UTC)

Hi Dionne. I added this to your talk page as well: Hello. I saw your revert on the Karyn Faro page where you stated that Faro said the line "The action was carried out under my direction, Admiral" because it was voice acted as such in the audio book. I propose that that is an error. Please see this image from the comics, where Admiral Thrawn says the line: (remove the dash to view). I did not undo your change out of courtesy but I ask you to please consider doing so. Thank you. Gamecreatorc (talk) 23:24, November 14, 2019 (UTC)

I'm familiar with the comic, too. I tend to think that it is in error, and the audio is correct. I also think we can't come to a compromise just among ourselves, so here is what I suggest: we move this conversation to Faro's talk page and have people vote if they support the comic or the audiobook version for that conversation. Okay?--Dionne Jinn (Something to say?) 05:51, November 15, 2019 (UTC)
That's fair. Would we each present our arguments there? Because I would also add information from the book to support my argument (such as the formatting of that paragraph with Thrawn's thoughts and response in the same paragraph). Gamecreatorc (talk) 17:21, November 15, 2019 (UTC)
Of course. That's precisely what the voting section is for.--Dionne Jinn (Something to say?) 17:50, November 15, 2019 (UTC)
I changed the formating of your addition to the Faro vote to clarify the separate the voting options. I also added a separate discussion heading. Also, you need to decide if you vote for the new novel option you added, or for the comic version. At the moment you have a vote in both of them.--Dionne Jinn (Something to say?) 22:46, November 15, 2019 (UTC)
