Wookieepedia aspires to be a reliable source for all Star Wars fans to read and draw information from, and as such, fan-created continuity and fan fiction are not allowed within our articles. All in-universe material must be attributable to a reliable, published source.

Do not remove talk page and forum comments, including your own, as they are part of the public record. Remember that you should always sign your comments on talk and vote pages using four tildes, like this: ~~~~.

For an optimal viewing experience, Wookieepedia recommends using the Monobook skin. For help changing your skin preference, see Help:Skin.

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wookieepedian! If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the Senate Hall, visit our official IRC channel, or ask me on my talk page. May the Force be with you! ——Cal JediInfinite Empire.svg (Personal Comm Channel) 01:14, May 19, 2013 (UTC)

Talk pages[edit source]

Hey, just a heads up, it's not necessary to create a talk page with only a talkheader. Thanks, Supreme Emperor (talk) 00:46, May 20, 2013 (UTC)

New articles[edit source]

Hey Lightning, please be sure to include categories for any new article. Please take a look at my edits here. For any other help, please take a look at our Manual of Style and other policies. Furthermore, the master/apprentice parameters in the infoboxes are generally reserved for Force sensitivities. Thanks, JangFett (Talk) 02:24, May 26, 2013 (UTC)

TOR[edit source]

Hello there. While I appreciate your exuberance in creating new articles, I'd prefer if you do not create any more articles on characters from The Old Republic if you are not going to properly research them and add speculation and false info. For example, there is no such thing as a "Pureblood Voss", and just because a character appears on a planet does not mean it is their homeworld. Thank you for your cooperation. User talk templates[edit source]

Hey. Please don't copy and paste the raw code of user talk templates. This produces errors like this, where the words "my talk page" link to Trip's user talk page, not yours. The proper way to place a template message on a user talk page is to substitute the template with appropriate arguments; e.g. for the welcome template, you would type {{subst:W|<your username>|~~~~}}, while for the vandalism template you would use {{subst:Msg-vandalism|~~~~}}. The template page should have instructions on how to use it (many do not require or take arguments at all). —MJ— Jedi Council Chambers 02:18, January 18, 2014 (UTC)

  • Also, this contains a list of all the templates as well. Makes it much easier access to them. Trip391 (talk) 02:27, January 18, 2014 (UTC)

Stub[edit source]

Hi there! I've noticed that recently you added {{stub}} to a few pages. It's important to note, however, that this template should be used not in short articles, but in short articles that can actually be expanded. Sometimes a page may seem a stub, but it captures everything that has been published on the subject. Make sure you know there is more to be added to an article before tagging it with {{stub}}. Cheers! Stake black msg 16:57, January 18, 2014 (UTC)

4.2 Removed fanon[edit source]

Soo were you the one who deleted all the references to the old trilogy for episode 1? 02:56, March 22, 2014 (UTC)

Canon articles[edit source]

Hello. When creating Canon articles, please make sure to include the {{Eras}} template at the top of the article. This makes sure the CANON - LEGENDS function appears on the article. Thank you. Toprawa and Ralltiir (talk) 22:34, July 6, 2014 (UTC)

  • Didn't see that, haha, my bad! Thank you for the notification. LIGHTNING12345678910 (talk) 22:37, July 6, 2014 (UTC)

TOR articles[edit source]

Lightning, if you don't actually have access to TOR, then don't make articles. I'm almost positive that you're simply creating articles based off of what you're reading on the Wook and other sites, which is completely unacceptable. Furthermore, you're not even putting the bare minimum of effort into them—every article must have an {{Eras}} template, and you're leaving redirects everywhere. Please either research your articles and ensure that they are not shoddy quality, or don't make them at all. Thank you. Cade StupidRepublicEmblem-Traced-TORkit.svg Calrayn 18:26, July 9, 2014 (UTC)
