Sources vs AppearancesEdit

You must know that it is improper to place both the same book or comic or movie as both a source and an appearance. It clutters up the article by repeating itself. Books or guides with info on something are under Sources. Movies, comics, and books where the person or thing makes an appearance goes under Appearances. -- Riffsyphon1024 20:01, 1 Nov 2005 (UTC)

  • There are cases though where a short story also functions as a kind of source, as in the case of the short stories in Star Wars Adventure Journal which are accompanied by RPG-stats boxes with bios of certain characters and info on locations, ships, weapons etc. I don't know how to deal with these cases, though, and just list them as appearances. List of short storiesEdit

Just to let you know that I support your case for complete listings of all publications of multiply published short stories. KEJ 13:52, 18 January 2006 (UTC)
