New articlesEdit

Hey Rexas, when creating new articles, such as the characters you have just done, can you please write a little bit on the actual character? New articles shouldn't be created with just the "Source" of where the subject appeared. I added a quick blurb to Lesle Andreya and tagged it with a {{Char-stub}} template so other's know it's a Character Stub. Thanks for your cooperation, Greyman(Paratus) 05:01, 26 October 2007 (UTC)

Capitalization Edit

Imperial Navy lead Edit

Hi there! I noticed you've made some substantial edits to the lead section of Imperial Navy. I wrote that section to conform to lead paragraph standards, mainly those involving length and breadth. I've tried to structure it and write it so that if someone looked at it and read it they could understand the subject without reading the full article. Wikipedia has some good examples of this, such as La Grand Armee and somewhat less so Imperial Japanese Navy. My basic structure for the Imperial Navy lead was as follows: a summary paragraph, saying what the article was about with some background info; a history paragraph, that quickly summarizes the Navy's entire history; and a conclusion or impact paragraph, in which the overall "effect" of this article's subject was. I'm going to restore the history paragraph and try to incorporate or move down the naval code paragraph; tell me what you think! --Hemlock Martinis 21:00, 24 April 2008 (UTC)

Thanks! Edit

Thank you Edit

Thank you for fixing my spelling, grammar, and add a link to Harpoon and tow cable. I'll try and be more careful from now on thanks again. (Thunderer 05:09, 6 June 2008 (UTC))

Take that!Edit

I fixed the Mark of Ragnos page by removing your template and adding appearances. Just in case you still think that's fanon, play the freakin' game or ask someone reliable. I hope this wasn't a big problem! JadenKorr13 12:14, 16 June 2008 (UTC)

Mark of Ragnos Edit

Dude, it's not a title. Honest! Here i'll explain. In JK:JA, Luke mentions that he found this mark on a cultist that Jaden had to defeat in the game to advance. This cultist was a member of the Disciples of Ragnos, hence the mark you can see the relevance. U get it?JadenKorr13 07:21, 16 June 2008 (UTC)

  • Didn't mean to be 'tard there man! Sorry! Just making sure i didnt do nothing wrong. I tend to get nervous and angry sometimes when tat happens. (Excuse my grammar) JadenKorr13
  • Wait a sec, isn't it a little late to be on here?! Im mostly here because im riting a fanon and need info. JadenKorr13

MedStar I: Battle Surgeons Edit

I want to thank you for adding lots of appearances. You did a very good job. I see how long this list became, so I suggest it should be split up not only as you did Miscellanea section (these subcategories should be alphabetized as well I think), but also to 2 columns, like some other books f.e Outbound Flight (novel). Also are you planning to create new articles from lots of redlinks there? Btw I think all appearances should be capitalized. These are my suggestions. Cheers and keep up good work.--Jedi Marty 23:20, 16 July 2008 (UTC)

Rebel Force: SneevelEdit

Greetings, Rexas.

On February 8th, 2009, you added Rebel Force: Target to the Appearances section in Sneevel. I'm trying to FA the article, but I cannot find that novel. Assuming that you currently have easy access to RF:T, I'm asking you to tell me what it says about Sneevels. Thank you in advance. --Skippy Farlstendoiro 13:59, 16 April 2009 (UTC)

Fete WeekEdit

Please stop changing Fete Week back to the version it was. Those days are believed to be fanon, and thus, should not be included in the article. Chack Jadson (Talk) 21:38, 21 May 2009 (UTC)

Battle for the Golden Sun Edit

Hey there! Why did you revert the change that listed the RPG scenario Battle for the Golden Sun as a source and not an appearance (in this article)? I was under the impression that RPG scenarios are all sources...--Darth Paulus JaingHead (May the Force serve you well!) 10:31, 28 May 2009 (UTC)

The WEG template Edit

I was under the impression the WEG template was only for use for short stories contained within WEG books, rather than for all WEG sources. Is this not the case? —Silly Dan (talk) 03:16, 7 August 2009 (UTC)

  • I was following Ezrezer's lead in regard to using the template on all WEG sources. Rexas 05:59, 7 August 2009 (UTC)
    • OK, I'll ask him about it. It just seems odd to me to only use a template like that for one publisher's books, that's all. —Silly Dan (talk) 11:53, 7 August 2009 (UTC)

Ranat thanks Edit

Hey, Rexas, I just wanted to say thanks for your cleanup of Ranat! I tend to shuffle stuff around a lot when I write articles, so I like to reference every little thing at first. I always have to go back through and delete the redundant references, though. In this case, I just haven't had the time. So, thanks for your help! I'm going to nominate the article to FAN soon. I hope you'll check it out when I do! ~ SavageBob 13:45, 21 August 2009 (UTC)

Torture article Edit

Challenge #73 Edit

Hey, Rexas.

The other day I wrote the appearance list for New Character Templates: A Supplement to Star Wars' Mos Eisley Galaxy Guide, the article in Challenge #73. I noticed you've added "NCT:AStSWMEGG" as a source in most of the articles in the list. Thank you for the good work! --Skippy Farlstendoiro 07:03, September 7, 2009 (UTC)

Tatooine Ghost Edit

First of all thank you for adding a lots of appearances to this novel. As I'm reading it right now I'm also adding some that were missed, wrongly redirected, in wrong cat. ...etc. So, when I saw your editing I put "inuse" tag to avoid conflict edition between us or others. If you see some changes that are neccessary, let's them discuss on our talk pages first. Thank you for your cooperation.--Jedi Marty 14:13, October 3, 2009 (UTC)

Scout TrooperEdit

Hi there! I'm a new editor in Wookieepedia, although I have been a long-time editor in WiCapedia. I just dropped by to ask why I need to verify the Scout Trooper in the Sniper Role. I got the description from the Star Wars Battlefron 2 manual. I know its' a game, but one of the descriptions in the Scout Trooper article confirms that the Scout Trooper also acts as a Sniper.Soviet SPETSNAZ 10:12, October 29, 2009 (UTC)

Planet lists Edit

Thanks for filling in some of the blank spots, I was going to try and fill in the blanks once I finished converting to the table format. On List of planets I, if you've got the book on hand to show it's Issagra then I'm betting that the Issarga entry above it is just a typo, since the stub seems to hint at the Issagra description.

Also, should sources and refs really be included in the lists? The majority of list pages don't have any, leaving them to the individual articles. JaggedFel621 18:15, November 15, 2009 (UTC)

Source lists Edit

Please do not alter article Source lists as you have done here. Please know that the Wookieepedia community has agreed upon this style of formatting, as explained in the site's Layout Guide and voted on and approved in this Consensus Track forum. Toprawa and Ralltiir 03:27, November 21, 2009 (UTC)

  • Please stop. If you continue to tamper with Source lists of Wookieepedia's Featured articles contrary to accepted guidelines of the Manual of Style and Layout Guide, your editing privileges may be suspended. Toprawa and Ralltiir 03:52, November 21, 2009 (UTC)

Are you going through the rest of Galaxy Guide 2 to finish off the appearance list? --Eyrezer 09:42, November 24, 2009 (UTC)

  • Yes, but it will some take time to go through it all--Rexas 13:58, November 24, 2009 (UTC)
    • Isn't that called pinching? :P --Eyrezer 07:15, November 25, 2009 (UTC)

Quotes vs. italics Edit

Hi, Rexas. I appreciate that you're only trying to help, but since there is no consensus on whether short articles in source lists should be placed in quotes or in italics, would you mind not changing them on articles I am working on? Lacking any consensus on the subject, it would seem that one way to solve the impasse would be to honor the choice of the person who adds the source, provided the article remains consistent internally. I guess I ultimately don't want to get into an edit war over this, but it is frustrating that my views are not being given equal treatment to yours. Thanks, ~ SavageBob 02:45, January 9, 2010 (UTC)

Generals? Edit

Why you added ep2 to the "general" appearances - but removed ep1- in ep1 there is "gungan general" but in ep2 there is only "jedi generals" so they both do have "generals" in them technically..... that page needs lot of work...--Swashbuckler1138 12:09, March 10, 2010 (UTC)

Greetings. Edit

I have seen that you are the most recently active User. I am wondering why I am not Allowed to edit the Shadow EVO Trooper page,I have gone through the trouble of Acquiring a picture of one straight from the Force Unleashed game only to be told I do not have the permission to do so.

Which is Hypocritical, considering Wikipedia supposedly is editable by anyone. Please get back to me on this. Either find a way to give me permission or I will send the picture to you Via an Email.

Question? Edit

Why did you remove the Republic Commando sources on Computer.

  • Oh, okay. Thank you. I am not as experienced with writing really good articles yet, but I have learned a lot. Thank You for fixing my mistake. Though if you don't mind, I would like to request that you don't edit much, if not at all while I am still working on it. I say this with all due respect. Please don't take offense. Once again, thank you. DarthRageLeave a message after the beep 15:28, July 24, 2010 (UTC)

Tantos Dree Edit

Hi, I am working on articles related to the Star Wars: The Roleplaying Game, First Edition, including Tantos Dree. What is the proof of Rebellion Era in Dree's infobox? Just because there is the Rebellion, it is not necessary Rebellion Era. Could be late Rise of the Empire. Or I am wrong? I have seen the Rebellion Era tag on many TRG-related article, but I am not sure it is true. Darth Morrt 13:37, July 30, 2010 (UTC)

Hija Edit

Hi Rexas! I see you've just added AGTTSWU to the sources list of Hija. Does the book provide any new info missing from the article? It is my third GA. Darth Morrt 06:42, January 4, 2011 (UTC)

  • I just cross posted it from the AGTTSWU page. I don't have acess to the book. --Rexas 05:58, January 5, 2011 (UTC)

Mos Eisley Inn? Edit

Hey! I was just wondering: if this particular establishment has ever been seen on screen in Episode IV, can you please provide a screen cap for it? Because frankly speaking I don't believe it! Jedancovek 01:59, February 9, 2011 (UTC)

hey ummmm dude how did u come up with that name

Quor'sav Edit

Hey, Rexas, I was wondering why you reverted my changes to Quor'sav. The items I changed were resting on the assumption that Waywa Fybot's homeworld is Uaua, but no source to mention him ever explicitly makes that claim (unless I'm missing something). So, I feel the article shouldn't assume that that information about Fybot's homeworld (taken from the Lando Calrissian: Oseon novel) represents Uaua. After all, he could have grown up on another world as part of a Quor'sav minority or something. Cheers, ~ SavageBob 16:42, February 20, 2011 (UTC)

  • Just a ping; looks like you missed my comment here. Cheers! ~ SavageBob 15:56, February 22, 2011 (UTC)

Hello? Edit

Excuse me I'm Mr.Santana Lopez, I came from the Glee wiki and 4 other ones. I just wanted to ask, Is there anything I can edit here? Like Episodes from Star Wars The clone wars? I'm just asking.--Rigby Aww man! This sucks. 14:16, April 14, 2011 (UTC)

Sector RangersEdit

Hello! I wonder you cut some persons related passages in Sector Rangers history, while other ones still exist. I understand that many of my given informations don't comprehend the whole of the Sector Rangers and their corps, but why may some statements survive, several ones not? Eventually all these events describe the work of the Rangers in extracts. I think them enlightening. Vecilis 07:32, September 21, 2011 (UTC)

Rex in LEGO Char Encyclopedia? Edit

Hey Rexas. Since you appear to have access to the LEGO Star Wars Character Encyclopedia, I was wondering if Rex receives any mention, and if there's any potential new info on him, even if it only relates to merchandising. Thanks! CC7567 (talk) 05:30, October 17, 2011 (UTC)

  • No I don't have access to the book. I only copied accross from the page. Rexas 06:01, October 17, 2011 (UTC)

Do you have this book? You are referencing several appearances that have not yet been confirmed, to my knowledge. —GethralkinHyperwave 08:45, July 12, 2013 (UTC)
