Suggestion[edit source]

On your images you've uploaded, may I request that you link to Star Wars Insider 57 as so, instead of simply "Star Wars Insider #57". When we create the article for that issue, it will help tie everything together that came from that source. -- Riffsyphon1024 18:05, 12 Aug 2005 (UTC) your cool

Sneevel.jpg[edit source]

I listed one of the pictures you uploaded on Star Wars Wiki:Images and media for deletion, because it was improperly labelled (it's a Snivvian, not a Sneevel, as far as I can tell.) A picture of a Snivvian would be nice too, but I think we can find a better one. — Silly Dan 02:31, 3 Oct 2005 (UTC)

Sorry. User:RushinSundaws

  • No problem, they are easily confused. — Silly Dan 01:09, 8 Oct 2005 (UTC)

Category[edit source]

Remember to categorize your articles. I realize that knowing which article they go in can be a little confusing, so try browsing articles first to get a feel for which article goes where. -- SFH 01:59, 24 Nov 2005 (UTC)

Infoboxes[edit source]

Please, please stop making the character infobox title black on blue/red. It's hard to read. Use white text. - Sikon [Talk] 15:43, 25 Dec 2005 (UTC)

  • And don't surround images with a frame. Everywhere in infoboxes they are frameless. - Sikon [Talk] 06:08, 3 Jan 2006 (UTC)

Chu'unthor crash[edit source]

  • Thanks for your response on the Chu'unthor crash. Is your date of 419 BBY based on conjecture with the assumption that Palpatine's ascension refers to the year he became emperor? Or is 419 BBY an established date? If so, what is your source? Jaywin 19:05, 26 May 2006 (UTC)

Jaina's Height[edit source]

Jaina's canon height has been listed as 1.49 meters. JainaSolo32

  • Wow, that's short, even for a woman. But okay, Leia's pretty short too. KEJ 07:06, 11 July 2006 (UTC)
    • Yeah, but I hope that since I've said that she is described as being close to Leia's height will mean no one will change it, but if anyone tries, read the excertp of Legacy of the Force: Betrayal on Legacy of the Force's site or read Betrayal, it states her height clearly. User:RushinSundaws 2:08 11, July 2006
    • Jaina's height varies among the NJO books. At some point she was said to be taller than Tenel Ka, her mother, and Tahiri . On the Star Wars site she is 1.49 meters. So I can't really tell. JainaSolo32
      • Since Betrayal is the newest and recent in canon, I think we should stick with what it says...for now, but you are right, and I concede that, only time will truly tell any characters height from a book. User:RushinSundaws 2:12 16, July 2006

Alphabetizing within categories[edit source]

Be sure to place a character in a category with a following pipe | and then their last name (if they have one), a comma, and first name. Example: [[Category:Humans|Skywalker, Luke]] -- Riffsyphon1024 08:14, 19 July 2006 (UTC)

Toprava[edit source]

I noticed this was unsourced and you created the page. Are you sure wherever you got this from wasn't referring to Toprawa? Looks like either a reading/typing error on your part or confusion over an editing mistake in a source to me. If it's not, feel free to correct me, but it failed the "google test" (only appearing in hits from wookieepedia and sites using it as a source) and the more important "Wildyoda's memory test" in which is doesn't appear in my brain. :) Hit me back on this, and I'm going to make a mention of it in the article's talk page, and being an inclusionist, I can't believe I'm saying this, but unless you're positive about it and can find a source, it should probably be nominated for deletion. But that's why I'm here at your talk page first. Wildyoda 03:17, 4 December 2006 (UTC)

Ulaha Kore[edit source]

Hi. Recently you added a note to this article about a Bith mentioned in The Crystal Star. Have you got a page reference for that? I'm curious because someone mentioned this same thing but for Planet of Twilight some time ago. --Eyrezer 00:39, 7 January 2007 (UTC)

  • Thanks. I appreciate if you could find that. Also, just a note on categories. When people have only one name, there is no need to put it in the category (ie [[Category:Females|Ucce]] is not needed). That is only so that they get sorted in alphabetical order, and single name articles are automatically sorted correctly. --Eyrezer 05:06, 10 January 2007 (UTC)

Fifth Battle Group units[edit source]

Corvus?[edit source]

Hey there. Could you give a page number from Specter of the Past where Corvus (smuggler) appears? I'm pretty sure he's probably the same person as Corvis. In fact CUSWE's Corvis entry says SOP refers to him as "Corvus" and I wondered if he is listed as both Corvis and Corvus or ONLY Corvus in that book so we can put something about it in the BTS. Wildyoda 04:28, 25 March 2007 (UTC)

  • Well CUSWE has it too, so it must have been in there also. I say make it a redirect and note it in BTS. Wildyoda 04:31, 25 March 2007 (UTC)

Specter of the Past[edit source]

Great job creating all of the new Specter of the Past articles! Keep up the good work!
  • Perhaps you could fill in the book's dramatis personae with locations, technology, etc as I have a little. -- Riffsyphon1024 06:35, 25 March 2007 (UTC)

Arrow-17[edit source]

Me again *wink*[edit source]

  • How do you know the Slaying Dragons Star Destroyers are Imperial I class? 17:39, 27 April 2007 (UTC)
  • Just an educated guess seeing as how it seems most Star Destroyers being produced at that time were Imperial-class, but I don't know for sure, it never said.RushinSundaws 18:39, 1 May 2007 (UTC)

Bes'uliik[edit source]

  • Hi. I created a page for the Bes'uliik without realising you'd already created one at Bes'uliik-class assault starfighter. As the fuller class-name is conjecture, I've converted the page you originally created into a redirect; but I thought I'd better explain what happened. --McEwok 18:36, 5 June 2007 (UTC)
  • Replying to you reply here. Thanks! No problem, and I spotted the reference which inspired your title. --McEwok 01:05, 14 June 2007 (UTC)

Kre'fey at Balmorra[edit source]

  • What's the source for this? As in the page number in Inferno, because now I'm intrigued. I can't remember Kre'fey being canonically said to be the commander, and why wouldn't he be commanding the Bothans? If you can back it up, I'll happily take it, but I think its wishful thinking...

Harrar 17:34, 30 November 2007 (UTC)

    • Ok yeah that's all good sorry to nitpick. Nice to get some more info on the Battle of Kuat actually, that article is lacking (as are a number of the battles/duels (are they even battles?)) in the Confederation-GA war. And yeah I remember Babo mentioning Kre'fey at the end of Inferno cos I was happy they'd finally included him since TUF. Bye. Harrar 17:40, 30 November 2007 (UTC)

Regarding WOTM[edit source]

After discussion with users on IRC, they find that in order for you to successfully win an WOTM nomination, with which I will not cease until then, you will need to improve on categorization within articles, maybe a little more expansion of articles, as well as joining in on some forums and IRC chats so that they might get to know you better as an user and a person. You have been an incredible asset to us since joining in 2005. These are only words of encouragement, but I believe that you can reach WOTM. Best of luck to you Rushin. -- Riffsyphon1024 19:36, 27 December 2007 (UTC)

  • Your self-vote on your own WOTM nomination has been struck by myself due to the rules at the top of the WOTM page which state, "Duplicate votes, self-votes, and self-nominations will be removed". Greyman(Paratus) 20:36, 4 January 2008 (UTC)
  • Alright. Though I must wonder why you then voted for yourself. -- AdmirableAckbar (Talk) 10:11, 5 January 2008 (UTC)

The Longest Fall[edit source]

Unnamed articles[edit source]

Just thought I'd let you know, per this CT we are now using the term "Unidentified" for articles of people/places/things that do not have an, as yet, identified canon title or name. - JMAS Hey, it's me! 16:30, 14 April 2008 (UTC)

  • Hey, Rushin. I was just about to point out the same thing to you. If you could avoid creating pages with "Unnamed" in the title, that would be great. Thanks for your cooperation. :) Toprawa and Ralltiir 16:47, 14 April 2008 (UTC)

Signature[edit source]

We've long had a signature policy requiring that individuals use signatures that actually contain their usernames. Your sig isn't in compliance, and so you'll have to change it. Thanks. Havac 01:19, 24 April 2008 (UTC)
