Imperial Emblem

Asteroid dreadnought

From what I've been able to see it's a single ship, not a class. I used these two review videos, here and here and pausing it to analyze the pages to get the info from since I don't have the actual book.--Vitus InfinitusTalk 21:13, January 3, 2018 (UTC)

  • Yeah me too! Okay thanks, you must have much better eyesight than me because I didn't pick that up. — Tommuskq Imperial Emblem (TAKE A SEAT) 17:38, January 4, 2018 (UTC)
    • Yeah I lower the speed to .25 and pause and analyze. Sometimes it can take quite a while to go over a page. I'll be getting the book when it comes out in July and if anything is wrong then we can just change the info then unless someone has the deluxe here.--Vitus InfinitusTalk 20:18, January 4, 2018 (UTC)
      • I may get the deluxe at some point, but until then apprehending it off YouTube works fine, especially since there's so much new info in the book. — Tommuskq Imperial Emblem (TAKE A SEAT) 20:45, January 4, 2018 (UTC)
        • Yes there's a ton of new info and a lot of small legends to canon content, it's a gold mine, and it's long, it has around 160 pages I think. All the info I've been able to pull off must total around 40 pages or something. It's a very good book--Vitus InfinitusTalk 00:59, January 5, 2018 (UTC)

Re: Vehement

I had inferred the ship's class from the picture. The book itself just says "Imperial Star Destroyer." - Cwedin(talk) 20:04, January 9, 2018 (UTC)

I've always done it as typing the ship name rather than having PAGENAME, I guess neither is incorrect or anything just more down to how one wants to do it I guess --Lewisr (talk) 18:59, January 11, 2018 (UTC)

Re: Imperial insignia

Hello there! I see that's you've started a side project regarding the Imperial rank insignia. Have you seen this? I think it might come in handy. --Lelal Mekha The Uprising crest (Audience Room) 15:46, January 17, 2018 (UTC)

  • Wow, thanks for telling me about this! That sure is helpful, and I'll definitely have to rework some of that page. A bit of a shame we can't use it for the actual article, after the most recent CT, but definitely interesting. I've actually been working on the project for a quite some time, both on and off of Wookieepedia, so it's nice to be able to compare it to something. — Tommuskq Imperial Emblem (TAKE A SEAT) 16:45, January 17, 2018 (UTC)

Interdictor vessel

Hey, I forgot to add the inuse template as I had copied that info to my notes and was making the immobilizer section on the article. :) sorry for the mistake--Vitus InfinitusTalk 19:52, January 17, 2018 (UTC)

  • Don't worry! Feel free to take over if you want to do it, the inuse is already there… — Tommuskq Imperial Emblem (TAKE A SEAT) 19:54, January 17, 2018 (UTC)

  • "The image" isn't a good enough source. You didn't source it to anything, however. Understand that as long as you don't, you will be reverted. — Tommuskq Imperial Emblem (TAKE A SEAT) 14:44, January 18, 2018 (UTC)

Yes, they can be under Stormtroopers, but Space troopers is a different branch. Could we at least have a put Several space troopers?Unsigned comment by ClashGamer15 (talk • contribs).

  • There are many other branches to be included if you do. And please source your information, it is very annoying to have to do it for you. And sign your posts, you have been told before. — Tommuskq Imperial Emblem (TAKE A SEAT) 15:18, January 18, 2018 (UTC)

CR70 corvette

Hey Tommy! I notice that you mentioned on your profile you have the Star Wars: Complete Locations (2016) book, do you think when you get a chance you could take a look and see whether it uses CR70 corvette please? Currently the name is sourced to a Leland Chee tweet and I'm just wondering if it was identified in that book, I know it has been named as such in Star Wars: The Rebel Files, just curious as to which source will need the 1stID tag, thank you --Lewisr (talk) 15:26, January 19, 2018 (UTC)

  • Hey, that’s fine, I’ll look when I get home (shouldn’t be more than 2 hours). — Tommuskq Imperial Emblem (TAKE A SEAT) 15:45, January 19, 2018 (UTC)
    • Thank you! --Lewisr (talk) 15:46, January 19, 2018 (UTC)
      • Hey, sorry about the delay, my bus broke down. To answer your question, no. There is only one mention of the Tantive III, with no reference to the ship's class. Hope that helps :-). Just to ask, are we okay to start removing tweets from pages now, even though the CT isn't closed? Thanks! — Tommuskq Imperial Emblem (TAKE A SEAT) 21:05, January 19, 2018 (UTC)
        • No problem! Ah okay so I guess that means the rebel files is the first source to identify it then, thanks! I'd say its best to wait until the CT is closed before we start doing anything on a massive scale, I was just literally checking if the CR70 was named in a source as I saw it being edited earlier on and noticed it could potentially have gone once the CT closes --Lewisr (talk) 21:10, January 19, 2018 (UTC)
          • Okay fair enough, thanks. — Tommuskq Imperial Emblem (TAKE A SEAT) 21:11, January 19, 2018 (UTC)
  • Hey Tommy, when it mentioned the Tantive III did it say that it was the same ship Bail used in Episode III?--Vitus InfinitusTalk 21:19, January 19, 2018 (UTC)
    • It didn't outright say it, but it was at Polis Massa at the same time as Padme's ship was, and as Bail rendezvoused with them there I would say it's fair enough to assume it was, especially because it was in legends. — Tommuskq Imperial Emblem (TAKE A SEAT) 21:21, January 19, 2018 (UTC)

    • Thanks. — Tommuskq Imperial Emblem (TAKE A SEAT) 18:22, January 21, 2018 (UTC)
      • I haven't been able to find a mention of an Imp2, just the Harbinger (Imperial-class), which before your project was listed as an Imp2. I also noticed that the schematics of the Harbinger in the Rebel Files show the bridge tower of the Imp1 while in the comics it has the bridge tower confirmed Imp2's have, so it could have been upgraded like the Devastator. Hope this helps!--Vitus InfinitusTalk 18:39, January 21, 2018 (UTC)
        • Ooh, that's interesting! I'll leave the new Harbinger info for now, but I will remove the appearance of the II. Thanks for the info! — Tommuskq Imperial Emblem (TAKE A SEAT) 18:41, January 21, 2018 (UTC)

Hey Tommy, saw that you had Tarkin. Since Recusant-class light destroyer/Canon's name is based off a Leland tweet, I'm trying to identify a source for the name. There's Commerce Guild destroyer and so on, but I saw that it was identified as Recusant-class in tarkin. I was wondering if there was any more info on a name if you remember or if you could find out if you can, thanks!--Vitus InfinitusTalk 15:20, January 24, 2018 (UTC)

  • Just saw the talk page for the article, it seems this was discussed in 2015, so I'm going to move the page back to that previous name.--Vitus InfinitusTalk 15:35, January 24, 2018 (UTC)

The Rebel Files

Hey, Tommy! I noticed that Star Wars: The Rebel Files is listed on your user page. Do you have a copy? - Cwedin(talk) 17:54, January 29, 2018 (UTC)

  • Yes, I do. Feel free to ask if you need any info from it! — Tommuskq Imperial Emblem (TAKE A SEAT) 17:59, January 29, 2018 (UTC)
    • Awesome! Could you tell me what the book says about Cradossk and the Bounty Hunters' Guild? Vitus Infinitus has already pointed me to a few things, but I was wondering if you've found anything else. - Cwedin(talk) 18:06, January 29, 2018 (UTC)
      • I couldn't find anything beside those two pages, but I will reiterate what they say, as Vitus' video isn't the best quality (I've come to the conclusion he has specialised government image-inhancers). It basically says Cassian Jeron Andor told Davits Draven in a message that the Rebel's agent in the Bounty Hunters' Guild reported that there is negative sentiment in the guilt towards the Alliance, due to the Empire's increased use of their services. Cassian than said: "In other words, Cradossk is making a killing." He then said that Imperial moffs are using the guild to sort their own problems out, and the Imperial Office of Criminal Investigations has a whole arm dedicated to dealing with the guild. In his conclusion, he then said that the guild would still take the alliance's money, but for larger jobs they would be outfit by the Empire. That transmission was recorded in The Rebel Files, and Amilyn Holdo annotated the message in that book, saying that the guild wasn't what it used to be, and so it was a good time for the resistance to form a partnership with them. Caluan Ematt replied to this saying the First Order didn't make dealing with the guild for ideological reasons.
Hope this helps, and please ask if you need any more elaboration! — Tommuskq Imperial Emblem (TAKE A SEAT) 18:30, January 29, 2018 (UTC)
        • That's perfect. Thanks! - Cwedin(talk) 18:38, January 29, 2018 (UTC)

Siege Breaker

Lol I wish I had enhancers! Just extensively reviewing! I was wondering if you could find anything about the Siege Breaker, thanks!--Vitus InfinitusTalk 19:10, January 29, 2018 (UTC)

  • Siege breakers are mentioned on page 72. It's a bit vague and strange, but I think it's a classification of portable weapon ships that, as the article currently says, could shatter mountains and anything but the strongest energy shields, and that's about all it says. There is an image, which I will try to upload. — Tommuskq Imperial Emblem (TAKE A SEAT) 19:40, January 29, 2018 (UTC)
    • Great, thanks for the help!--Vitus InfinitusTalk 19:43, January 29, 2018 (UTC)

  • Hey sorry to bother but what does the Siege Breaker part say about kyber crystals?--Vitus InfinitusTalk 20:37, January 29, 2018 (UTC)
    • Outright—nothing. It is said that the point of a siege breaker is to have enough of them to equal the power of the Death Star. It's kinda implied they use kybers but I wouldn't add it to the article. — Tommuskq Imperial Emblem (TAKE A SEAT) 20:42, January 29, 2018 (UTC)
      • Ah, okay, yeah that's not enough to add, thanks!--Vitus InfinitusTalk 20:47, January 29, 2018 (UTC)
        • Anytime! — Tommuskq Imperial Emblem (TAKE A SEAT) 21:09, January 29, 2018 (UTC)

Hey, whenever you can no rush, but does Rebel Files make a distinction between Executor-class and an SSD? I was able to read pages 110 and 111 and to me it seems that they are the same. I haven't been able to read if there's anything beyond those two pages about the subject, let me know when you can, thanks!--Vitus InfinitusTalk 18:10, January 30, 2018 (UTC)

  • I can't find anything else. The book complete locations makes a distinction between SSDs and Executor-classes, so no. Also, where is the Kuat SSD mentioned? I can't find anything. — Tommuskq Imperial Emblem (TAKE A SEAT) 18:13, January 30, 2018 (UTC)
    • Oops misinterpreted on the Kuat one, and thanks!--Vitus InfinitusTalk 18:23, January 30, 2018 (UTC)

Senate arrests

Hey, so I'm going to try to get a good article nom for Arrests in the Galactic Senate, which is in the Rebel Files. I was wondering if you could let me know what it says on the top of page 12 about it, as I can't read it much, and also if it was possible if you could upload the picture on page 11 with the arrested senators being loaded unto a shuttle. I'd definitely appreciate it! I'm not in a rush either, so whenever you can, thanks!--Vitus InfinitusTalk 20:38, January 31, 2018 (UTC)

  • If it's okay with you, I'll have a look tomorrow. — Tommuskq Imperial Emblem (TAKE A SEAT) 21:05, January 31, 2018 (UTC)
    • Yeah of course, whenever you can! Thanks!--Vitus InfinitusTalk 03:07, February 1, 2018 (UTC)
      • Page 12 says:
        "Shea Sadashassa of Herdessa
        Ivor Drake of Kestos Minor
        Fang Zar of Sern Prime
        Streamdrinker of Tynna
        Tanner Cadaman of Feenix
All those arrested had also been signatories to the Petition of the 2,000, a formal protest against Palpatine's new system of regional governorship that was signed by two thousand legislators and presented during the last full Senate session.
        Is your senator a traitor?"
Mothma than left a note saying: "Bail and I were detained but released after we professed our loyalty. Why do I fight the Empire? One reason is my guilt."
Hope this helps. I'll get on the image now. — Tommuskq Imperial Emblem (TAKE A SEAT) 19:34, February 1, 2018 (UTC)
        • That helps a lot, thanks!--Vitus InfinitusTalk 20:37, February 1, 2018 (UTC)
          • No problem. I look forward to the nomination! — Tommuskq Imperial Emblem (TAKE A SEAT) 20:44, February 1, 2018 (UTC)
  • Hey Tommy, could it be possible for you to upload a higher quality image for Senatorial arrests? I currently have an objection about it being a bit blurry and cropped. I would very much appreciate it if you could help me out with this, thank you and let me know if you can.--Vitus InfinitusTalk 18:55, May 4, 2018 (UTC)
    • Hey Vitus, sorry but I originally took that on my phone and that's the best I can do, as I don't have any scanning equipment or anything. At a push, JMAS or Lelal sometimes manage to find reference book's artist's websites and extract digital images from those, although that isn't guarantied, and if they haven't already uploaded it I doubt there is one. Sorry I can't be of much use, and I hope you can find what you're looking for. Tommy Imperial Emblem Macaroni 19:25, May 4, 2018 (UTC)
      • Don't worry about it, I appreciate the advice! Thanks!--Vitus InfinitusTalk 19:41, May 4, 2018 (UTC)

Images and info

Hey Tommy, do you think you can get images for Torpedo Sphere, Mass Shadow Generator, and Asteroid Dreadnought and see if there's anything that needs to be added? I want to get those three to Comprehensive status, thanks!--Vitus InfinitusTalk 00:04, February 9, 2018 (UTC)

  • Yeah sure, I'll have a look in a bit.—Tommuskq Imperial Emblem (TAKE A SEAT) 17:42, February 9, 2018 (UTC)
    • Okay, I'll upload them now but I will say that the CA rule 11 says: "…include a reasonable number of images of the highest quality to illustrate the article, as source availability permits." Not sure if pictures taken on my phone are of the highest quality, although allowances may be allowed due to the obscure nature of the book. Just thought I'd led you know.—Tommuskq Imperial Emblem (TAKE A SEAT) 20:20, February 9, 2018 (UTC)
      • Okay thanks, we'll find out during the process, though I think it'll be okay since there aren't any other images. Thanks!--Vitus InfinitusTalk 20:45, February 9, 2018 (UTC)
        • Thanks for uploading the pictures. Is there any more info about the Mass Shadow Generator? Thanks!--Vitus InfinitusTalk 21:03, February 9, 2018 (UTC)
          • I was just updating it when you asked! That seems to be all.—Tommuskq Imperial Emblem (TAKE A SEAT) 21:06, February 9, 2018 (UTC)
  • Great, thanks for the help!--Vitus InfinitusTalk 21:12, February 9, 2018 (UTC)
  • Oh, forgot to ask sooner, is there any quotable sentence from the Mass Shadow Generator section?--Vitus InfinitusTalk 21:14, February 9, 2018 (UTC)
    • Added the entire section. Good luck with your nominations, I look forward to reviewing them!—Tommuskq Imperial Emblem (TAKE A SEAT) 22:00, February 9, 2018 (UTC)

The Rebel Files, again

Lewisr tells me there's an Ultra-Light Assault Vehicle pictured in The Rebel Files. Think you could upload the image? - Cwedin(talk) 19:28, March 22, 2018 (UTC)

Hello, my friend. I have noticed that you own Star Wars: The Rebel Files and Star Wars: On the Front Lines, two sources which I'm missing for my Ruescott Melshi project. Could you please tell what do these books say about the guy? Thank you. QuiGonJinn Senate seal(Talk) 19:13, January 31, 2018 (UTC)

  • I'll check now. — Tommuskq Imperial Emblem (TAKE A SEAT) 19:16, January 31, 2018 (UTC)
    • Okay, so I can't find anything on him in the specific Rogue One section of the rebel files, so you may want to ask Vitus Infinitus what page it's on, as he added his appearance. As for the Front Lines, quote:
      "Sergeant Ruescott Melshi
Leader of the Alliance's Pathfinder commandos in the mission on Scarif, Melshi was a practical and combative commander accustomed to improvisation when faced with long odds." — Tommuskq Imperial Emblem (TAKE A SEAT) 19:36, January 31, 2018 (UTC)
      • Thank you for the quick response. QuiGonJinn Senate seal(Talk) 19:47, January 31, 2018 (UTC)
        • No problem! — Tommuskq Imperial Emblem (TAKE A SEAT) 20:10, January 31, 2018 (UTC)
          • Okay, so according to Vitus, Melshi's the one who wrote the section about the different types of stormtroopers. I have checked out a Youtube video showing The Rebel Files, but the quality is pretty low and it's hard to figure out what it says, especially the additional written notes. Can you summarize for me what's written there? It should be on pages 34-35. QuiGonJinn Senate seal(Talk) 20:27, January 31, 2018 (UTC)
            • For the article, you probably only need to mention that he made a guide in the Rebel Field Manual that was on stormtrooper variants, and it was later put into The Rebel Files. Caluan Ematt left an annotation on it in a copy the latter book saying: "Melshi. Gone too soon, but it's good to see the old nek name once more. I served with him on Gaulus." — Tommuskq Imperial Emblem (TAKE A SEAT) 21:05, January 31, 2018 (UTC)

  • The quote is relevant because it is about Stormtroopers, in an article on Stormtroopers. It shows that the presence of Stormtroopers denotes danger. The quote doesn't have to be about something in the history section. Removing relevant content from pages is vandalism. Please don't continue to do so. RE:Dawn of Rebellion

Hey, so the book is based primarily off of events and characters from Star Wars Rebels, Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, and some novels like Tarkin (novel) and building on it. I remember reading on the Wook somewhere that the canonicity of books are on a case by case basis, and I think this book was listed as canon because it's based off of rebels and rogue one. From what I've read, there isn't any Legends info, as the new appearances that first appeared in Legends seem to supplement what has been established in canon. Books like Nexus of Power contain a lot of canon info, but also mix a good amount of legends so that is a different case as we have to sort through what is canon and what isn't. On the progress of the CT, the discussion on discord has slowed. I guess we're all still trying to figure out what could be done. Hope this helps!--Vitus InfinitusTalk 18:47, March 9, 2018 (UTC)

1) Officers that served under Grand Admiral Thrawn, including his Flag Captain, Albus Marinith, usually describe him as cool and analytical with a deep passion for art and comprehensive understanding of naval tactics. They view that when he leads his ships into combat, or when he's discussing a piece of art or obscure galactic culture, he shows the powerful intellect that drives him.
2) Although Grand Admiral Thrawn is largely unknown to the Alliance, his dangerous reputation is beginning to spread largely in part due to his activities with the Seventh Fleet on Lothal
3) The Chimaera was laid down shortly after the end of the Clone Wars and so has a large and impressive service record and battle citations as long as "a Wookiee's arm". It was captained by Flag Captain Albus Marinith who was an old but reliable navy officer and was chosen by Thrawn himself.
4) After Thrawn moved his flag to the Chimaera at the start of the Lothal campaign, he made many changes to the vessel to suit his preferences, prominently renovations to his private suite of staterooms, an art gallery where he meditated on enemies and new strategies, and moved his art collection to his private cabin.
Hope this helps!--Vitus InfinitusTalk 19:50, March 10, 2018 (UTC)
That's brilliant, thank you. I was planning on doing the Chimaera after the 7th fleet so that works out really well. Now I really have to get this book.—Tommy-Macaroni Imperial Emblem (TAKE A SEAT)
  • I look forward to seeing them!--Vitus InfinitusTalk 19:58, March 10, 2018 (UTC)
    • Hey, so the excerpt says "Sato commands his fleet of corvettes and cruiser from the Quasar Fire-class light carrier Liberator, which carries Phoenix Squadron, a group of A-wings and elite pilots." I took to twitter because Sato's CR90 is Liberator so I'm thinking this may be a mistake. Also, just reviewed and Perilous is only pictured, it's the same image as the cover for Lords of the Sith--Vitus InfinitusTalk 20:54, March 23, 2018 (UTC)
      • Okay that's great, thanks.—Tommy-Macaroni Imperial Emblem (TAKE A SEAT) 20:57, March 23, 2018 (UTC)

Hey Tommy, just noticed a mistake I made in the appearances of Dawn of Rebellion, the Ubiqtorate isn't classified under COMPNOR, it's its own thing, sorry for the mix up!--Vitus InfinitusTalk 19:57, March 9, 2018 (UTC)

  • Okay never mind. Just to ease my conscience, are you sure everything else is correct?—Tommy-Macaroni Imperial Emblem (TAKE A SEAT) 19:58, March 9, 2018 (UTC)
    • But wait, Tarkin says it is under COMPNOR.—Tommy-Macaroni Imperial Emblem (TAKE A SEAT) 19:59, March 9, 2018 (UTC)
      • Hey, so just tripled checked. In Dawn of Rebellion COMPNOR and Imperial Intelligence are two different sections, Ubiqtorate is mentioned in the Imperial Intelligence section but not in the COMPNOR section which includes Select Committee. I thought I messed up and saw you were editing so I kinda rushed and forgot to check other references such as Tarkin. So the Ubiqtorate is part of COMPNOR, just not part of the Select Committee it seems. Sorry for the mistake, I triple checked to make sure if this is the correct info and it is (Sorry for the late response I tried editing but apparently the Wook was down)--Vitus InfinitusTalk 20:33, March 9, 2018 (UTC)
        • Okay thanks for that. Yeah it was down for everyone.—Tommy-Macaroni Imperial Emblem (TAKE A SEAT) 20:34, March 9, 2018 (UTC)

If you haven't seen Star Wars: A New Hope, Death Star troopers (Canon) had a DH-17 hand pistol, the picture for it matches it. Second, they worked with Imperial Gunners (Or whatever they are called) I found this out at the Imperial Navy trooper (Canon). Let me know what you think. Thanks, {{User:|ClashGamer15}}Unsigned comment by ClashGamer15 (talk • contribs).

When you look at it Mr.Expert (You have more experience) , The Imperial Interdictor (Canon) was experimental. Let me know what you think. Thanks, {{User:|ClashGamer15}}Unsigned comment by ClashGamer15 (talk • contribs).

  • I have seen A New Hope, but that isn't the point. If you are going to add information to pages, you MUST add a source, or else what you add could be purely speculative. You have been told this many times, but I will provide you with the link on how to source again. Please take a look over it. If you have any questions, feel free to ask me. Thanks—Tommy-Macaroni Imperial Emblem (TAKE A SEAT) 21:20, March 13, 2018 (UTC)

If you haven't seen Star Wars: Rebels, Gar Saxon knows how to duel, because light-saber training is hard to master, second we've seen him pull out a Mand. Pistol and rifle... Let me know.Unsigned comment by ClashGamer15 (talk • contribs).

  • Again, that's not the point. If you add info to this site, it MUST be sourced. As you have already been banned for this, I seriously suggest you reconsider your approach. You have already been given the necessary information on how to properly construct a reference.—Tommy-Macaroni Imperial Emblem (TAKE A SEAT) 20:21, March 23, 2018 (UTC)

Onaconda Farr funeral date

Hey Tommy, I nominated Honor Guard for comprehensive status and I need to be sure of the date for the Funeral of Onaconda Farr. It's sourced to Star Wars: Galactic Atlas, and I noticed you had it. If you can, could you let me know if it confirms the date? Thanks!--Vitus InfinitusTalk 04:11, March 31, 2018 (UTC)

  • No, it doesn't. The sources of the article doesn't include GA, and I can't find any mention in the book, so I think the date ref is only to source the type of date system. Furthermore, the book says that the Battle of Ryloth and the Second Battle of Geonosis occur in 21 BBY, and the first thing it mentions to have happened in 20 BBY is the Battle of Dathomir. So the funeral occurs in either 21 or 20 BBY, as Senate Murders is set between Legacy of Terror and Massacre, if you wanted to construct a reference for that. I'll review the article shortly, Tommy Imperial Emblem Macaroni 09:35, March 31, 2018 (UTC)
    • Thanks, I saw your review before this, I'll get started on that ref note soon--Vitus InfinitusTalk 15:18, March 31, 2018 (UTC)

The Rebellion Begins

I don't own a copy, but my local library does carry it as an eBook, and it happened to be available. I checked it out and took a look. What the book says is that Ezra Bridger is fourteen years old. We know that Bridger was born on Empire Day, so I'm assuming that's where that information is coming from. ProfessorTofty (talk) 03:04, April 6, 2018 (UTC)

The Last Jedi The Visual Dictionary

Ahch-To (bless me)

Wondering if you could double-check something for me now. Our page for Ahch-To says that it has two moons and references that to The Visual Dictionary for The Last Jedi. However, the junior novelization states that it has only one moons, so I want to put a note about that in there but I'd like someone to check that reference for The Visual Dictionary first. Oh, and sorry about not following your instructions regarding replying at the top the last time - only jus tnow noticed them. I'll keep them in mind now though. ProfessorTofty (talk) 00:03, April 9, 2018 (UTC)

  • Yeah thanks for that. I can't find any info on the planet's moons in the book, although it does say Ahch-To orbits two suns. This was likely an error on the editor's part (it was an anon), and they got confused between suns and moons. Tommy Imperial Emblem Macaroni 10:23, April 9, 2018 (UTC)
    • Thanks. I'll go ahead and edit to 1 and source it to the junior novel. P.S.: Loving the new subheading here - funny. ProfessorTofty (talk) 23:33, April 9, 2018 (UTC)

Abecederian line in "Rebel Files"

Hi Tommy! I see that it was you who added The Rebel Files to the sources list of the Abecederian line article. Is the exact phrase explictely used in the book? Cheers. --Lelal Mekha The Uprising crest (Audience Room) 13:41, April 10, 2018 (UTC)

  • Hey Lelal, no it isn't, although I was under the impression the line was listed under sources if a ship from the line was mentioned, like we've been doing for TIE line. Tommy Imperial Emblem Macaroni 15:07, April 10, 2018 (UTC)

Every single part of my edit had sources. I posted URL links to literally all of its parts. On what grounds did you remove the entire thing? Benandi (talk) 17:19, April 20, 2018 (UTC)

  • The URL isn't enough to source it (I provided a link on how to source on your talk page) and as Brandon Rhea said when he reverted you, "That's incomplete information without sources also talking about how the score was manipulated by a small handful of people". Please bring it up with him if you feel it should be added. Tommy Imperial Emblem Macaroni 17:25, April 20, 2018 (UTC)

I have a better idea; since you guys are the experts here, and I seem to have trouble navigating these rules, why don't you add the information? The page itself even says it requires a cleanup, so why don't one of you put the information there, phrasing it and sourcing it however you wish, instead of leaving it to people like me, and then deleting my work and threatening to block me if I don't do it exactly right again? The information is clearly relevant, and I'm sure you'd phrase it in a far gentler manner anyway, since there isn't any other negative information on the page about the movie, like it's Friday box office drop. Benandi (talk) 17:32, April 20, 2018 (UTC)

Oh, hey, one more thing: I read your source guidelines page, and while I didn't see which rule I apparently violated, I did find this quote there: "In principle, any edit lacking attribution may be removed, and the final burden of evidence lies with the editor wishing to add or retain the material. However, this policy should not be used to cause disruption by removing material for which reliable sources could easily or reasonably be found." I believe that you removed material for which reliable sources could easily be found (not counting the ones I already posted) and are therefore violating your own guidelines. Benandi (talk) 17:45, April 20, 2018 (UTC)

  • Ecks seems to have sorted it out anyway with proper citations. I wasn't aware of that passage in the Sourcing page, so my apologies, although ecks is right in saying just the link on this page was out of place in the article. Tommy Imperial Emblem Macaroni 18:09, April 20, 2018 (UTC)

Well, thank you both for sorting this out. I recognize the problem with the raw links, and believe me, I tried to convert them into reference notes for over an hour before giving up. I don't think I'll be attempting any more edits here, so I guess it's done then. Ciao. Benandi (talk) 18:17, April 20, 2018 (UTC)

  • Please don't feel you have to leave because of this. You can look at what other users do when editing and pay attention to any advice, and feel free to ask questions if you are stuck with a ref or anything else. I'd be happy to answer them if you can't figure something out. Tommy Imperial Emblem Macaroni 18:23, April 20, 2018 (UTC)

However, for this one, the article gives no information, and I don't have any of the sources to check, so I decided to just leave it. I guess they could be given their description in the article. Shouldn't the section about Adventures in Wild Space: The Rescue on Krennic's page come before the Erso's leave Coruscant? The Erso's leave in 17 BBY but the Adventures in Wild Space books take place around 18 BBY according to the book pages and the canon media timeline pages --Lewisr (talk) 18:55, June 14, 2018 (UTC)

  • Hey Lewis. Basically, no. In The Rescue, Tarkin is in command of Sentinel Base, a position which we see him promoted to in the final pages of Catalyst, after the Ersos' escape, meaning The Rescue must be after Catalyst. The 18 BBY date is only a guess for one book, and we don't know how much time passes between the entries. BTH I always meant to change that date but never got round to it.
