Biography
In 3643 BBY, Valoy was stationed on the planet Taris, a planet that was ravaged by the Sith Lord Darth Malak three hundred years before. He and a research expedition went with Jedi Master Cin Tykan to take pollution readings and display further evidence on the Rakghoul plague. After Master Tykan disappeared, Valoy contacted Captain Nelex to request backup until he was killed during the mission.
