"Hera is at the heart of the Ghost crew. She is both an ace pilot and a skilled fighter. She is the getaway driver, and, while she is a tough cookie, she also manages to be quite nurturing, if not maternal, as she guides and inspires her band of 'rebels.'"
―Vanessa Marshall, on Hera Syndulla[src]
