Venthan Chassu was a member of SAGroup, the youth program of the Commission for the Protection of the Republic. As a fervent loyalist of the Galactic Republic, he supported Supreme Chancellor Sheev Palpatine during the Clone Wars by producing a propaganda piece titled "Do Not Bind His Hands," which aimed to persuade viewers to support the chancellor's war efforts. Following the reformation of the Republic into the Galactic Empire, Chassu worked as a junior advisor in the Imperial Court and was believed to have fled known space after the Empire's defeat at the Battle of Jakku.[1]
