Vis was a small city on the planet Naboo located near a lake.

The Earl of Vis was a cousin of King Ars Veruna; he built a banquet rotunda in Theed.^[1]

During the Trade Federation assault on Naboo in 32 BBY, the city was one of the first targets of OOM-9 in order to destroy a transmitter.

OOM-9's forces of B1 battle droids, Beetle droids, Droidekas, STAP's, and his AAT took the settlement with low casualties, and most of its inhabitants and security forces were captured or killed.

Vis appeared in the 2001 video game Star Wars: Galactic Battlegrounds. The campaign was later included in its 2002 expansion pack. This article assumes Parrlay was the first target attacked during the OOM-9 campaign mission Beachhead.
