Visma Tarko was an Arkanian female of the illustrious Tarkos family.[1] However, she lost her family as a child by force, changing her entire life and making her feel helpless in that moment. In that moment, no one tried to help her. Eventually, she joined the ranks of the Republic Defense Coalition[2] and arose to the rank of lieutenant faster than anyone prior,[1] earning her the status as one of the organization's youngest promotions.[2] Later, she was stranded inside the Nihil Occlusion Zone with RDC Corporal Elping Tsoo.[1] In 228 BBY,[3] Tsoo and Tarko met Joss and Pikka Adren.[1]
