Voh

Voh was a Bimm male who was the seneschal of Sanctuary Mount, the Jedi Order's outpost on the planet Kwenn. Although not a Jedi himself, Voh served as the outpost's caretaker for much of his life, meeting a number of the Jedi Masters of the Jedi High Council.

At one point in time, Voh also met and secretly colluded with Naboo senator Palpatine, granting the senator access and control over Jedi texts within the outpost, including those possessing forbidden knowledge, and in return, ensuring the Republic invested continued interests in Kwenn. Voh would violate this deal by opting to instead sell the texts Palpatine necessitated to be destroyed off, viewing them as historical documents worth preserving and unaware of Palpatine's double life as a Sith Lord.^[1]

When the Council debated the potential closure of the Kwenn outpost, Master Eeth Koth brought up that it would affect Voh, although Master Adi Gallia noted that he was nearly incapable of continuing to perform his duties and it would be unlikely to find a replacement. Regardless, the Masters felt that Voh should be informed personally, and Master Mace Windu decided that the entire Council should visit Kwenn.^[1]
