Notes and references[]

  1. Since "Vulnerable Areas" features Rex, it must take place after the events of "The Lost Commanders." Star Wars: The Clone Wars: Character Encyclopedia - Join the Battle! states that Rex was born thirty-two years before the events of Star Wars: Episode IV A New Hope, which Star Wars: Galactic Atlas places in 0 BBY. Therefore, Rex must have been born in 32 BBY. As it also states that Rex is 28 during "The Lost Commanders", this episode must take place in 4 BBY, and "Vulnerable Areas" takes place some time later. Furthermore, "Vulnerable Areas" takes place prior to Kanan Jarrus being blinded in "Twilight of the Apprentice." According to Star Wars: Absolutely Everything You Need to Know, Updated and Expanded, Ahsoka Tano was 14 years old when she became Anakin Skywalker's Padawan and 32 years old when she fought him as Darth Vader in "Twilight of the Apprentice." Star Wars: Galactic Atlas established that Tano was apprenticed to Skywalker in 22 BBY, meaning "Twilight of the Apprentice" cannot be set any later than 3 BBY. Dawn of Rebellion dates the events of "The Mystery of Chopper Base" to 3 BBY, and since "Twilight of the Apprentice" takes place after that episode, it must be set in 3 BBY. Therefore "Vulnerable Areas" takes place some time between these two episodes, placing it between 3 BBY and 4 BBY.
