The Wealth Level was one of the eleven levels of Pau City, the capital of Utapau. It contained a number of seawater processing plants that extracted valuable substances from the planet's world-ocean.The level also contained warehouses and factories. The residents of the level were primarily Pau'ans of the middle class, although a few wealthy Utai also inhabited it.[1]
