Weather scanner vanes[1] or weather vanes[2] were instruments on Cloud City. Luke Skywalker once clung to one following his injury at the duel on Cloud City.[3] Weather vanes were located at Tipoca City on Kamino, designed to provide weather reports or adjustments to inside atmospheric conditions.[4]
