Wen Delphis was the leader of the Sixth Kin criminal organization, operating out of the South Stretch Worker's District in the city of Canto Bight[1] on the planet Cantonica.[2] Pak, a gambler and the brother of the assassin Just Lucky, became indebted to Delphis, who became impatient when he was unable to pay her back. Having previously assisted Pak with his debt to Delphis, Lucky returned to the Sixth Kin after his employment with the House of Tagge was terminated. Lucky asked Delphis if she had a target for him, intending to carry out a job to pay off Pak's debt.[1]
