Westhills butter was a type of butter made in the Westhills of the planet Lothal. While studying at the Academy for Young Imperials on Lothal[1] in the year 5 BBY,[2] human Imperial Cadet Jai Kell wished for Westhills butter and maize rolls instead of the distasteful ration-squares that the academy served.[1]
