Although this article is based on canonical information, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

A team of nineteen hunters was put together by Governor Wilhuff Tarkin to hunt the Sith Lord Darth Vader, after Vader requested Tarkin hunt him. The team traveled to the planet Chandar's Folly in the Outer Rim Territories where Vader killed the entire team except for Tarkin.^[1]
