A wonat was a kind of creature that moved silently due to its furred toe-pads.[1]

Behind the scenes[edit | edit source]

The wonat was first mentioned in The Paradise Snare, a 1997 novel written by A. C. Crispin as the first book in The Han Solo Trilogy. At one point, the quiet movement of Han Solo, the main character in the book, was compared to those of a wonat's furred toe-pads.[1]
