Thought-provoking dialogue

• I'm hoping we can talk about the RFAN page. It's been pretty barren these past few months, with no successful noms since May, and we might want to discuss whether or not it's served its purpose. It was created when were were hoping to maintain a new FA on the Main Page daily, but our current two-a-week system has a nearly nine-month-long queue and doesn't really need any backup. Then again, there's no real harm in keeping the RFAN page, and it would definitely be useful if we ever do hope to go back to one a day. Any changes made to it would need to be CT'd, as it's a community-wide thing and not internal INQ business, but I'd just like to get all of your thoughts first.
