1. Consensus policy. Infobox image votes shall be determined by simple majority vote. Images approved through such votes may not be changed for six months unless a brand-new image is released in source material. See Wookieepedia:Consensus#Infobox image consensus votes.
2. OOU Layout Guide. The following amendments were made to Wookieepedia:Layout Guide/Out-of-universe:
• "Bibliography" section has been completely overhauled and rewritten to include proper usage instructions.
• Comprehensive instructions have been added for using the Top template
3. Infoboxes. The following changes were approved for infobox usage:

• All infobox templates will remove "Members," "Notable members," "Notable individuals," or any similarly titled field designed to list individual examples of a given article subject, and such fields are prohibited in any future infobox template. The following clause will be added to Wookieepedia:Layout Guide#Infobox and Wookieepedia:Layout Guide/Out-of-universe#Infobox: "Infoboxes may not contain any field listing individual examples of an article subject, such as members of a species or organization."
4. White spacing. Clear may be not be used in mainspace articles to insert artificial spacing. 5. Notability policy. The following amendments have been added to Wookieepedia:Notability policy:
• Film re-release products. The following clause will be added to Wookieepedia:Notability policy#Real-world articles regarding home-video re-release editions of films: "Articles for film re-release products should only be created if the product contains multiple films and new content, such as content changes or behind-the-scenes features. Any film re-release product consisting of only a single film should be covered on the main article for that film, even if it includes new content."
• Alias articles. Articles on aliases, nicknames, and pseudonyms shall be redirected to their main subject unless the alias is shared by multiple individuals. This clause will be reflected in a new section titled "Aliases, nicknames, and pseudonyms" under Wookieepedia:Notability policy#In-universe articles.
6. Sourcing policy. The following item has been added to Wookieepedia:Sourcing#Rules, item 10: "Articles shall cite information from comic books by individual comic issue or comic story, not by overall series, story arc, or compilation (such as trade paperbacks or hardcover collections)."
7. Discord #spoilers channel. Rumors and leaks may not be discussed in the Wookieepedia Discord #spoilers channel.

1. AbuseFilter.
• Added the following to Wookieepedia:Blocking policy#How blocks work: "Alternatively, administrators may issue preemptive blocks through the AbuseFilter MediaWiki extension, which allows for certain actions to be taken in response to edits that match defined criteria. For example, users who remove external links from articles may be automatically blocked. Such blocks will appear in the Block log as having been performed by User:Abuse filter."
• A new "AbuseFilter" section, after "Blocking IP addresses," added to Wookieepedia:Blocking policy with the following: "The AbuseFilter MediaWiki extension may only be modified by the Wookieepedia administration. As with all blocking decisions, any AbuseFilter modification designed to issue a block falls under Administrative autonomy, though false-positive blocks issued by the AbuseFilter may be immediately removed by any administrator."
2. Audiobooks
3. Eras. Wookieepedia:Layout Guide#Eras tag has been completely rewritten, and now labelled as Wookieepedia:Layout Guide#Eras template.
4. Vote ratios. Wookieepedia:Consensus#Rules has been modified with the following vote totals:
• Forums with 17-22 votes require a 5:2 ratio
• Forums with 23 or more votes require a 2:1 ratio
5. Personal attacks. Added the following to Wookieepedia:Talk page policy:
• Point 2 has been updated to "No user may edit another user's comment, except to remove a personal attack or to redact private personal information prior to requesting RevisionDeletion by a bureaucrat or Fandom Staff member."
• Subpoint 2 of point 6 has been updated to "Comments that contain personal attacks as well as discussion relevant to the matter at hand, even if the relevant discussion is presented in an uncivil manner. Others may find the actual discussion portion of the comment helpful. Instead of removing the entire comment, only the personal attack may be removed. Offenders should be warned and blocked if needed."
6. Special characters. Wookieepedia:Naming policy#Be careful with special characters has been completely rewritten with the following: "Due to the technical restrictions inherent to the MediaWiki software, some special characters and text strings cannot be used as part of article titles. For example, neither the piping character (|), the number sign (#), curly brackets ({}), nor square brackets ([]) can be used anywhere in an article title, and the string "Project:" (note the colon) cannot be used at the beginning of a title. See here for a comprehensive list of special characters and strings not permitted in article titles.
Whenever these restrictions force an article to exist at a title different from the subject's actual name (for example, Project: Shell-cracker, #2 Warpod, k'Jtari), use the template on the article in question."
7. Layout Guide. Wookieepedia:Layout Guide and Wookieepedia:Layout Guide/Out-of-universe have been updated with firm wording, making all section headings mandatory.
8. Linking. Wookieepedia:Manual of Style#Formatting has been updated with the following (changes in bold):
• Do not separate compound terms upon first linking instance (examples: Battle of Hoth, not Battle of Hoth; YT-1300 light freighter, not YT-1300 light freighter).
• However, individual parts of compound terms may be linked upon subsequent mentions (example: YT-1300 light freighter is appropriate if YT-1300 light freighter has been linked previously).
• But do not link individual words within proper compound nouns (examples: Death Star, Azure Dianoga Cantina, Galactic Empire, Bantha-class assault shuttle)
• Multi-word terms or phrases within proper compound nouns may be linked if the term or phrase is not mentioned elsewhere in the article (example Imperial-class Star Destroyer)
9. Listen to article. Template:Spoken and the contents of Category:Spoken article audio files have been deleted. The use of spoken article audio files has been prohibited.
10. Mediacat. The first two sentences of Wookieepedia:Layout Guide#Mediacat have been updated with the following: "In the instance two or more images and/or sound files on Wookieepedia feature the article's subject, corresponding categories must be created. These must be linked to via the Mediacat template, which ideally shall be placed immediately below the title of the "Appearances" section (or the "Sources" section in the absence of an "Appearances" section) of the respective article."
11. Infobox. Added the following to Wookieepedia:Layout Guide#Infobox "All infobox material must be detailed in the article proper, with the following exceptions:" list:
12. Aliases. Alias articles being merged with their main article subject discussed for future CT.

1. Imagecat. Added the following to Wookieepedia:Layout Guide#Appearances: "In the instance two or more images on Wookieepedia depict the article's subject, a corresponding image category must be created. It must be linked to via the Imagecat template, which ideally shall be placed immediately below the title of the Appearances section (or the Sources section in the absence of an Appearances section) of the respective article. If the template interferes with the presentation of media titles in the aforementioned sections, it shall be placed immediately below the subsequent section of the article (Sources or, ultimately, Notes and references)."
2. Demonyms. "Demonyms" added as a new bullet point under Wookieepedia:Layout Guide#Infoboxes, "All infobox material must be detailed in the article proper, with the following exceptions:"
3. Pronouns for characters of unspecified gender. Added the following to Wookieepedia:Manual of Style#Italics and miscellaneous grammar: "Do not use the plural pronouns 'they,' 'them,' or 'their' to refer to individuals of unspecified gender."
4. Userbox categories. Auto-categorization will be removed from all userboxes that place userpages in the following categories, and these empty categories will be deleted: Category:Wookieepedians by interest, Category:Wookieepedians who attended Celebration IV, Category:Wookieepedians who attended Celebration V, Category: Wookieepedians who are happy to resolve disputes, Category:Wookieepedians by edits, Category:Wookieepedians of note, Category:Wookieepedians by article philosophy, Category:Wookieepedians who are recent changes patrollers, Category:Wookieepedians by sex, Category:Wookieepedians who are status article reviewers, Category:Wookieepedians by time zone, Category:Wookieepedians by Zodiac sign
5. Naming policy. The following amendments were added to Wookieepedia:Naming policy:
6. Rollback. Approved rewrite of Wookieepedia:Rollback with the addition of new procedural rules for Rollback users
7. 165-word rule. A new "Introduction" section, placed before "Article body," will be added to Wookieepedia:Layout Guide with the following: "Articles shall only have an introduction section, commonly called an 'intro,' if the article body reaches 165 words in length, not counting the 'Behind the scenes' section or any other content (infobox, captions, quotes, etc.). Such articles will then employ sectioning in the article body." A similar clause will be added to Wookieepedia:Layout Guide/Out-of-universe with appropriate wording, as the "Behind the scenes" section is not used for out-of-universe articles.
8. Behind the scenes dates. Wookieepedia:Layout Guide#Behind the scenes will add a new subsection titled "Publication dates" before "Non-canon material" with the following:
All articles shall document the real-world publication date(s) of the source(s) in which the article subject was first released, named, and/or pictured. A full date (example: January 1, 2020) should generally be provided for sources that are part of a series, while only the year should be provided for standalone sources and sources that are part of a longer-running series, such as a book trilogy or video-game series.
This means that films, novels, video games, reference books, card sets, and roleplaying or tabletop game products should only provide a publication year, while comic-book issues, television episodes, and magazine issues should provide a full date. The exception to this rule is when two sources are being discussed in tandem. In such a case, the month and/or full date may be provided as necessary, particularly if both sources were released in the same year.
9. Blocking policy. Approved rewrite of Wookieepedia:Blocking policy
10. See also. The "See also" section will be eliminated from use in Wookieepedia articles, and the "See also" sections will be removed from Wookieepedia:Layout Guide and Wookieepedia:Layout Guide/Out-of-universe.

• Do not place grammatical articles (such as a, an, and the) in pipelinks (example: the battle, not the battle).
• Do not separate compound terms upon first linking instance (examples: Battle of Hoth, not Battle of Hoth; YT-1300 light freighter, not YT-1300 light freighter).

• Inquisitorius Redux reviews on the Featured article nominations page will now be restricted to Inquisitorius votes only
• Four (4) Inquisitorius votes will be needed to successfully pass a Redux review on the FAN page
• Reduxed articles will be subject to removal if objections are not addressed after a period of two (2) weeks
6. Linking. The following will be added to Wookieepedia:Manual of Style#Linking:
• General rules
• A subject should be linked once upon its first mention in the article's infobox, once upon its first mention in the article's intro, and once upon its first mention in the article's main body.
• Articles within a specific continuity should only link to other articles within that continuity, with the only exception being the article's "Behind the scenes" section (example: Yoda should not link to Yoda's species/Legends).
• Articles should avoid redirecting links by correcting these links to point to an article's actual title (example: Rebel Alliance, not Rebel Alliance).
• In-universe articles should not link to real-world Wikipedia articles, except in the "Behind the scenes" section.
• Formatting
• Always capitalize pipelinks (example: system, not system).
• When pipelinking, always place all characters inside the link brackets. Examples:
• Italics: Subjugator, not Subjugator
• Possessives: Darth Vader's, not Darth Vader's
• Plurals and suffixes: Imperials, not Imperials; killing, not killing
• Avoid unnecessary pipelinks that do not point to a different title from the term being linked (example: Luke Skywalker's, not Luke Skywalker's).
• When linking to Wikipedia articles or pages on other Fandom wikis, use the appropriate pipelinking parsers (examples: Indiana Jones, Portable Deep Fryer).
7. Fandom. Wookieepedia policy pages will be updated to change all instances of "Wikia" to "Fandom"
8. New canon subjects. Wookieepedia:Notability policy#New canon subjects will now read: "Subjects from the six original films and the Star Wars: The Clone Wars film and television series that received official names in the Legends continuity shall not be given Canon articles until they receive official names in Canon source material. Once an official Canon name is established for these subjects, an article may be created for them."
9. Image consensus votes.
• With regard to item 4 (Talk page policy changes), the following will be removed from Wookieepedia:Consensus: "Certain article talk-page votes, which may be held on a case-by-case basis to determine such particulars as an article's main infobox image"
• The following will be added (amendment in italics): "In order to overturn a previous consensus resolution, a renewed vote must be held with a voter participation equal to or greater than the original discussion. Note that this does not apply to modifications of a previous resolution, which is defined as any change to an existing policy that is not a straight repeal. Renewed votes to change an article's main infobox image are specifically not subject to this requirement."
• Additionally, article infobox images may be changed post-consensus without the need for a renewed consensus vote if there is no contention to the change, which will effectively render the original consensus decision moot.

1. The Official Friends program: The Official Friends program will be retired and the links will be removed from the main page.
2. Sub-pages of inactive users: Inactive users' subpages will officially be redirected to their userpage.
3. WP:LG Sources: The following addendum will be added to WP:LG Sources:
"However, if an item with only a known publication month and/or year is confirmed to be released by another source with the same publication month and/or year, but with a known publication date, place the first item at the date that the second source was released. Example: If Source A was published in December 2018, but Source B was published on December 15, 2018 and includes confirmation that Source A was released, then list Source A as if its publication date was December 15, 2018 and before Source B."
4. A template for alternate names in Appearances / Sources: A new template will be created to standardize highlighting sources / appearances where alternate names are used in place of using C manually. The template will have the format "(as subject name)." The policy for standardizing when to use this template will be decided in a future CT.
5. Wookieepedia Social Media Team: A formal management structure for our social media accounts was established. At all times at least two admins should have access and control of the accounts (Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter). These two admins (Xd1358 and Toprawa and Ralltiir) would have the authority to grant or remove posting access on each account and must unanimously agree on each personnel decision. The two controlling admins and all users with posting access would comprise our new Wookieepedia Social Media Team.
6. Links in quote attributions, image captions, and quotes: The WP:MOS will be amended to include the following rules:
• Only link in quote attributions and image captions if the subject is not linked in the article body already
• Do not add any links in quotes
7. Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes: We will now treat Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes content as canon in subjects' respective continuities. For example, if subject A is Legends/SWTOR, we will treat the information originated in the app as canon within Legends; if subject B is originated in a new canon material, or made its first appearance in the app, we will treat the information originated in the app as canon.
8. Signature policy: The signature policy will be amended with the following rule changes:
• A new rule will be added: "You may not enlarge or decrease the font size of any part of your signature beyond the standard wiki text size (this does not apply to natural text size changes caused by different fonts or the use of non-nested or for the talk page portion of the signature). However, you may format your signature using bold or italics, but underlining is prohibited."
• Rule 3 will be changed to: "You must include your actual, full username. Administrators may use abbreviations of their usernames, provided they are clearly recognizable to the community at large."

1. Administrative autonomy: The administrative autonomy policy has been rewritten and procedures for overriding administrative autonomy were outlined.
2. Wookieepedia and the Wikia skin: Article formatting will be done with the Wikia skin in mind. The following bullet points were added
3. Be Bold: Wookieepedia:Be bold in updating pages has been overhauled.
4. Community Portal: The Community Portal has been deleted and removed from the site navigation bar.
5. Behind the scenes section sourcing: Rule #5 on Wookieepedia:Sourcing has been changed to read the following: "All articles must be completely sourced, including the "Behind the scenes" section for in-universe articles."
6. The Welcome template: W has been completely reworked.
7. Redux for comprehensive articles: The EduCorps will implement a Redux process for comprehensive articles.
8. Self-votes on the nomination pages: Wookieepedia:Featured article nominations and Wookieepedia:Good article nominations have had "Users may not vote on their own articles" added as a rule under the "How to nominate" sections.
9. Infobox rules: The following bullet points have been added to Wookieepedia:Layout Guide:
• "When listing multiple items in a single infobox field, including cascading items, use bullets to offset each item, including the first item listed. Do not use blank indentations. Additionally, the "Affiliations" field of infoboxes shall list sub-bullets to a maximum depth of one (example: *Galactic Empire **Stormtrooper Corps). This is done for aesthetic reasons with regard to article presentation in the Wikia skin."
• "For Star Wars Legends articles, if any infobox date field employs a BBY/ABY date, a corresponding GrS date may only be added to that field if the GrS month is known for a given event. For example, do not list Made Jade's infobox birth date as "17 BBY (18)"; but do list Luke Skywalker's birth date as "19 BBY (16:5:24)". Additionally, when listing a corresponding GrS date when a BBY/ABY date is also being used, always place the GrS date in small text via the C template."
10. NOTOC rules: __NOTOC__ usage will be discussed further in a Senate Hall thread. No rules were adopted at the Mofference.
11. Administrator activity requirements: Administrators and bureaucrats must make at least 250 mainspace edits in any six-month span to retain their user rights. Bureaucrats must make a total of 500 edits in the mainspace, Wookieepedia:, Template:, and MediaWiki: namespaces in any six-month span. See Wookieepedia:Administrators#Activity requirements.
12. Deletion policy: Wookieepedia:Deletion policy has been completely rewritten.
13. Merchandise articles: Wookieepedia:Notability policy has been amended with a rule regarding articles in Star Wars merchandise:
• Wookieepedia does not maintain articles for general merchandise, which is defined as any officially-licensed Lucasfilm Star Wars product that has no canonical value with respect to the franchise's in-universe continuities. Merchandise items may be more appropriate for the Star Wars Merchandise Wiki.

1. IRC rules. Formalized and expanded official rules for Wookieepedia:IRC.
2. Related Categories. Added a bullet point to Wookieepedia:Layout Guide#Category defining use of RelatedCategories
3. Naming policy. The following amendments were made:
• Wookieepedia:Naming policy#Canon and Legends addition: "Alternatively, a Legends subject may use as its article title a name that would otherwise be a redirect to its Canon counterpart (example: Palpatine is the title of the Legends article rather than redirecting to Darth Sidious)."
• Wookieepedia:Naming policy#Disambiguation will now be divided into two subsections, "Disambiguation by continuity" and "Disambiguation between continuities"
• "Disambiguation by continuity" addition: "The following section applies exclusively to intra-continuity disambiguation cases. Do not apply these rules to cross-continuity cases."
• Created new policy for comic book article titles, in which the prefix "Star Wars:" will be omitted from most individual comic issues, similar to how Wookieepedia treats novels
4. Quote of the Day. Agreed to re-add the QOTD feature to the Main Page as a randomized queue, with the caveat that it may re-purposed with a new design and moved down in the page in the future
5. WookieeNews. General agreement to archive and retire Wookieepedia:Wookieenews, removing any links from the Main Page.
6. Appearances and Sources. The following amendments were made to Wookieepedia:Layout Guide#Appearances and Wookieepedia:Layout Guide#Sources:
• Remove following clause from Appearances: "For comics, link to the individual issue, unless a subject appears in every issue of a story arc." Replace it with: "Comic books will be listed strictly by individual issue. Do not list comic story arcs, even if a subject appears in every issue of the arc."
• Approved inclusion of "Non-canon appearances" subsection of Appearances, which will list non-canon appearances in in-universe chronological order
• Approved inclusion of "Non-canon sources" subsection of Sources, which will list non-canon sources by real-world publication date
7. External links. Wookieepedia:Layout Guide#External links and Wookieepedia:Layout Guide/Out-of-universe#External links have been rewritten to define this section's purpose. The OOU page notably now includes the following: "Ideally, real-world product articles, such as books or comics, will list at least one external link to an official product page from the publisher or manufacturer. If no such link exists, list the subject's Amazon.com product page. The Amazon page may be listed in addition to an official product page if it contains critical information not found on the product page, such as a publication date."
8. Star Wars parodies. The following items have been added to the Layout Guide:
9. FAN, GAN, and CAN. The following amendments were made to the article-nomination rules:
• FAN:
• Rule 9 will now read: "…have no redlinks."
• Remove Rule 10: "…have significant information from all sources and appearances, especially a biography for character articles."
• Remove Rule 11: "…not have been previously featured on the Main Page. Otherwise, it can only be restored to featured status."
• Remove Rule 12, integrating it with Rule 4, which will now read: "…be fully referenced, including all quotes and images. See Wookieepedia:Sourcing for more information."
• Add new Rule at bottom of list: "…be properly titled in accordance with Wookieepedia's treatment of Canon and Legends articles; i.e., no nomination may have '/Canon' in the title."
• GAN:
• Remove Rule 10: "…have comprehensive detail with all information covered from all sources and appearances."
• Remove Rule 11, integrating it with Rule 4, which will now read: "…be fully referenced, including all quotes and images. See Wookieepedia:Sourcing for more information."
• Add new Rule at bottom of list: "…be properly titled in accordance with Wookieepedia's treatment of Canon and Legends articles; i.e., no nomination may have '/Canon' in the title."
• CAN:
• Remove Rule 9: "…have all relevant canon information presented."
• Remove Rule 10, integrating it with Rule 4, which will now read: "…be fully referenced, including all quotes and images. See Wookieepedia:Sourcing for more information."
• Add new Rule at bottom of list: "…be properly titled in accordance with Wookieepedia's treatment of Canon and Legends articles; i.e., no nomination may have '/Canon' in the title."
10. Discussions. Created Wookieepedia:Discussions to define the wiki's relationship with the Discussions feature.
11. Site redesign. The Wookieepedia administration now reserves the right to implement release-specific design changes (such as to coincide with the release of Rogue One: A Star Wars Story) to the wiki, including the Main Page, skin, and wordmark, without needing to go through a consensus forum for each change.
12. Requests for user rights. Wookieepedia:Requests for user rights#Requests for adminship item 5 will now read: "They have had some form of major wiki contribution."

• Approved removal of "As a general rule" from "As a general rule, a species must have one of the following to necessitate an article:"
• Approved addition of a "Battle droids" section, with the following content: "Articles may only be granted to unidentified battle droids who play a significant plot role or who have significant dialogue."
4. Voting eligibility policy: Approved rewrite of Wookieepedia:Voting eligibility policy.

• FAN/GAN rule 16 and CAN rule 13 will read "...include a reasonable number of images of the highest quality to illustrate the article, as source availability permits"
• FAN/GAN/CAN rule 4 will read "...be fully referenced. See Wookieepedia:Sourcing for more information." Subsequent rules will be moved down one. FAN rule 11, GAN rule 10, and CAN rule 9 will be removed.
• Approved removal of FAN rule 17.
• Approved addition of "...include a "Behind the scenes" section for in-universe articles." to FAN rules.
7. Layout Guide: Approved addition of "Images placed in articles must be as high quality as possible, as source availability and technical restraints permit. For example, certain leeway may be granted to video game screenshots, which present particular difficulty for obtaining high-resolution images." in the Images section of Wookieepedia:Layout Guide. This was approved in vote 6.3.
8. Naming policy: Approved addition of a "Hutts" section under Wookieepedia:Naming policy#Characters, with the following content: "Use a Hutt's full clan name when provided (example: Jabba Desilijic Tiure). • Approved addition of a subclause under rule 10 (former rule 9) in Wookieepedia:Sourcing#Rules, reading "The Wookieepedia community, particularly the article-reviewing panels through the article-nomination processes, may judge the validity of expired external links, including social media posts, that lack screenshots. The original URL must be provided in the reference, accompanied by a note indicating that its content has expired, such as (Information no longer available)."
10. Bot policy: Approved rewrite of Wookieepedia:Bots.

Mofference results:

1. Voting eligibility policy. Wookieepedia:Single-issue voters renamed to Wookieepedia:Voting eligibility policy to reflect revision of purpose over time. New navigation shortcut to be located at WP:VOTE and listed in Title-shortcut, with the old (deprecated) redirect remaining available at WP:SIV and an abbreviation redirect also available at WP:VEP.
2. Public relations. Wookieepedia Public Relations team officially commissioned by community, see meeting log for further details on membership and terms.
3. Wikia Helpers. Official policy defined for Wikia Helpers on Wookieepedia: Wikia Helpers are not to use their Wikia-wide sysop powers on Wookieepedia unless they are also locally-elected Administrators/Bureaucrats, which none currently are. Violation will be treated per the blocking policy. Helpers, like Staff, cannot be blocked from Wookieepedia, but they will be sanctioned as "effectively blocked"; i.e., any actions they take will be rolled back, they may be blocked from IRC, etc.
1. The Mofference was quickly and briefly reopened after closing while we still had enough attendees for a quorum (over 10) to add an addendum to this: As Wikia Helpers have access to information only Wookieepedia Administrators and Bureaucrats can normally see (deleted pages/revisions, edit filter logs, etc.), any release of private information by Wikia Helpers will also be treated punitively by Wookieepedia Administration and also immediately reported to Wikia Staff.
4. Image quality requirement. The image quality requirement from rule #16 of the FAN and GAN process (An article must... include a reasonable number of images of sufficient quality to illustrate the article, if said images are available.) is to be applied to the CAN process.
5. Special events. Wookieepedia Administrators and Wikia Staff will be granted the ability to create content (blogs, video, etc.) for special events without requiring a CT for every instance. To clarify, this is specifically for Administrators and Staff, blogs are not to be enabled for users, and user attempts to upload videos are still punishable by death.
6. Talk page policy. Talk page policy amendments:
1. Add item: "All Talk pages containing messages should have a Talkheader. Please do not create a Talk page solely to add Talkheader."
2. Add under existing item 4: "Removal of the content of the Welcome template (W} without archival is permissible with the assumption that the user has read and understood the information contained therein."
7. Barn-burners. Due to the nature of such events to flood the nomination queues with low-quality items, the type of events commonly known as "barn-burners," in which users are enlisted to produce status articles germane to a particular topic en masse, are hereby prohibited from being run as officially-sanctioned events. They shall not be advertised in the Senate Hall, sitenotice/community corner, et cetera. Users are still encouraged to pursue their own personal nomination projects, WookieeProjects may run their own status article quality drives (with the hope that they eschew the quantity-over quality principle of the "barn-burner"), and so on, but no further sitewide "barn-burners" may occur.
8. WP:NOT (a dictionary). An additional "notability"-type policy has been implemented at WP:NOT identifying Wookieepedia as "not a dictionary" and enabling speedy deletion of articles that are mere real-world dictionary definitions. Existing qualifying articles will be identified and trash compacted, and new articles will be speedy-deleted, but speedy deletion may always be contested with Holdon. A specific example sentence was removed from the proposal, but as the rule is worded it will function just as well for the intended purpose as if it remained in there anyway. Shortcut WP:NOTDICTIONARY will be installed, WP:DICT was also suggested.
9. Episode VII spoilers. A new unique spoiler template specifically for spoilers from Star Wars: Episode VII The Force Awakens was proposed, approved, and shall be created at VIIspoiler.
10. Atlas star systems. Star systems that were only ever named in The Essential Atlas or the online companion and not explicitly named elsewhere, and are therefore named only for a well-known celestial object with its own given name, must be tagged with the Conjecture tag.

Mofference results:

1. Expanded Universe vs. Star Wars Legends. Expanded Universe to be moved to Star Wars Legends.
2. Movie novelizations. The film novelizations and junior film novelizations will be treated as non-canon Legends material within Wookieepedia articles. Canon articles will neither cite information from them nor list them in the Appearances list.
3. Notability policy. The following will be added to Wookieepedia:Notability policy#New canon subjects: "An exception to this rule are battles and other events, as the vast majority of these have conjectural names."
4. Star Wars Insider. The following will be added to Wookieepedia:Layout Guide#Sources: "Beginning with the short story "Blade Squadron" in Star Wars Insider 149150, all Insider fiction is considered part of the new canon and must be documented only within Canon articles. Insider fiction prior to issues 149–150 will be documented in Legends articles. With regards to non-fiction Insider articles beginning with issue 150, for subjects that remain canon or have been re-canonized in the new canon and are mentioned in Insider articles, those Insider articles will be documented within Canon articles' Sources lists. Likewise, subjects that are mentioned in Insider articles by their Legends names and have not been re-canonized will be documented within Legends articles' Sources lists until such a time that the subject is re-canonized, at which point all subsequent Insider mentions will be documented within a subject's Canon article. Previous Insider mentions in a Legends Sources list will not be moved to a subject's Canon Sources list."
5. Wookify. Wookieepedia:Wookify to be deleted. Tl|Wookify will be deprecated and replaced with Cleanup.
6. New articles. No consensus to adopt proposed maintenance template regarding poorly created new articles. New parameters may be added to Cleanup for specific maintenance issues as needed.
7. Single-issue voters. The following amendment will be made to Wookieepedia:Single-issue voters (difference in bold): "Users must make 50 non-reverted, non-deleted mainspace edits within the previous 6 months prior to the start of a given forum to be eligible to vote. User page and talk page edits do not apply. Edit totals remain pursuant to the overall productivity requirement."
8. Planet articles. The following will be added to Wookieepedia:Layout Guide#Planet and moon articles, item 2: "*Note: Planet articles will not document chronological territorial affiliations unless the planet, moon, etc. is explicitly identified on a map as belonging to a given territory. For example, The Essential Atlas and The Essential Guide to Warfare document the many shifting territorial boundaries throughout Star Wars history on galactic maps. Unless a planet is explicitly identified on one of these maps as belonging to a territory, such as the Imperial Remnant or Darth Krayt's Galactic Empire, do not list the territory among the planet's affiliations in the article's infobox or body."
9. Signature policy. The following amendments will be added to Wookieepedia:Signature policy:
• Item 6 of customized signatures will now read: "Your signature must include the default timestamp in all public usage. Additionally, the timestamp must include the following:"
• Item 6.2 of customized signatures will now read: "The timestamp must be displayed in its default timestamp form with all information present."
• The following is now prohibited in customized signatures: HTML tables and/or Wiki tables
10. Page titles. Page titles with parenthetical descriptors will now format the parenthetical descriptors within C.
11. QDB. No vote held regarding JangFett's proposed QDB overhaul. Jang is free to implement new system whenever as a non-wiki entity.
12. Infobox formatting. The following will be added to Wookieepedia:Layout Guide#Infoboxes: "When listing multiple items in a single infobox field, including cascading items, use bullets to offset each item, including the first item listed. Do not use blank indentations."
13. Welcome Bot. The Wikia Welcome Bot will be activated on an interim basis until SFH is ready to resume his welcoming role.
14. Citing social media posts. When citing social media posts (Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, etc.) in articles, an accompanying screenshot of the post must be uploaded to Wookieepedia and linked in the reference itself. This is done to combat the high frequency with which social media posts containing critical information are permanently removed and not available through archives.
15. Wikia. The following items were discussed regarding Wookieepedia's relationship to Wikia:
• The following will be added to Wookieepedia:What Wookieepedia is not#Wookieepedia is not Wikia: "Wookieepedia is hosted by Wikia, but Wookieepedia is not Wikia, Wookieepedia is not any other wiki, and Wookieepedia is certainly not 'a Wikia.' Wookieepedia is a wiki that found a home on Wikia long ago, before Wikia decided to focus more on social networking and advertising than on hosting wikis, and unlike other sites hosted on Wikia, Wookieepedia retains its original focus: building an encyclopedia.
"To this end, Wookieepedia does not, as a general rule, want fancy gadgets and pretty toys and goofy trim, Wookieepedia just wants a reliable site with a host that does not meddle in its affairs. We would hope that Wikia respects the will of our community as reflected by the site feature policy and consensus policy. Any Wikia staff who also hold elected positions at Wookieepedia must obey Wookieepedia policy and consensus above Wikia policy and mandates. Failure to do so will result in removal of all special user rights and privileges.
"Users who are unfamiliar with Wookieepedia may not appreciate our rules at first, but we advise you to remember the old adage, 'don't knock it 'til you try it.' We think we've done pretty well so far. We also advise everyone to consult the consensus and single-issue voter policies before attempting to change the system."

• Vote 2: Add the following to Layout Guide's "Appearances" section: "Articles on topics within a specific continuity should only list appearances that are fall under that specific continuity. For example, the Canon version of the Jedi Order article should not list issues of Star Wars: Republic or the video game Star Wars: The Old Republic, and the Legends version of the Anakin Skywalker article should not list Tarkin or Lords of the Sith."
• Vote 3: Add the following to Layout Guide's "Sources" section: "For Canon articles, Encyclopedia entries, which are subject to modification at any time, should be listed at the end of the Sources section. For Legends articles, Encyclopedia entries and other applicable StarWars.com content subject to modification should be listed as if their publication date was April 25, 2014 (the day the Expanded Universe continuity was discontinued)."
• Vote 4: Add the following to Manual of Style's "List for 'Appearances' section": "Star Wars material that is considered part of both the Legends continuity and the new Star Wars canon should divide its use of the App template. Each subsection of the template should use the two alternate parameters—"c-characters" and "l-characters" for the Characters field—to list the canon and Legends appearances."
• Vote 5: Add the following to Manual of Style's "Linking" section: "Articles within a specific continuity should only link to other articles within that continuity, with the only exception being the article's "Behind the scenes" section. For example, the canon Yoda article should not link to the Legends continuity's article on Yoda's species." Toprawa and Ralltiir (talk) 20:05, June 4, 2014 (UTC)

1. Grae and Imp will come up with changes to the welcome template. Any objections should be left on a talk page they will specify. CT will not be created, but specifics will be worked out by the aforementioned Grae and Imp.
2. Admin age exception: contributors under 18 who want to become admins must have made valuable contributions for 2 years before being RFA'd. This sets an effective age floor at 15.
3. The interested parties will create new search icons, remove old bad ones, and in general work their will on icons. . . .from a SH page coming soon, probably.
4. Mr./Ms SW are staying. Their presence in sitenotice is not.
5. Absent admins will be contacted after 4 months of absence. They will be warned of impending removal of their power after 5 months of absence with no communication. After six months of not hearing from a given absent admin, they will lose their adminship via Wikia staff removal. And showing up in #wookieepedia does not count as contribution to the website.
6. No consensus on making civility a policy.
7. Comments on the Mofference agenda prior to the Mofference will be reverted and/or the user leaving comments will be reminded to save their thought for the Mofference. Save the keystrokes for the meeting.
8. Comic quotes will be limited to italics only for emphasis.
9. This phrase will be added to Wookieepedia:Consensus: "After one week from the start of voting on an issue, if the votes overwhelmingly support one option, the thread may be closed early."
10. Plating color will be added to droid infoboxes.
11. Ataru's RFP page draft is epic win and will be implemented after he adds reason fields and archive capabilities.
12. WP:AP will be gently laid to rest. bahleeted, just like WP:UP.
13. Postponed sector capitalization issue until Essential Atlas.
14. Enochf's proposal approved, with the corollary that quotes must have six months minimum in between their appearance on the Main Page.
• Proposal is: Be it resolved that a QOTD can be renominated, providing that the vote threshold be raised. Whereas a first-time QOTD requires a total of +10, a second-time QOTD would require a higher total, a third-time QOTD higher still. My suggestion is that the vote threshold be raised by +5 for every time: +15 for a second appearance, +20 for third, etc. An interval of +3 might also be acceptable. I'll go with the consensus, assuming there's agreement on the renomination system.
• What constitutes a renominated quote will be somewhat broad. A dialogue which includes a previous QOTD, but expands on it will be considered a renomination. Also, vice versa, a quote that has been included in a previous QOTD dialogue will also be considered a renomination. The nominator is free and encouraged to rewrite the tagline and is also free to inject their own [bracketed sections] describing action; the quote itself must remain verbatim from the source material.
15. WP:DASH is now official policy.
16. Succession boxes will be revamped per Fiolli's proposal.
17. The policy outlined in Forum:CT:Single issue voters will now apply to Mofferences. I.e., one must have 50 main space edits in order to attend. Results posted by Atarumaster88 Jedi Order (Talk page) 16:31, 25 January 2009 (UTC)

• There was no consensus on whether eras tags should be used for when the subject appeared in canon sources, or it can be conjectured that the subject existed in the time period.
• Consensus was to keep hair and eye color as infobox fields; no consensus on skin color as an infobox field.
• Consensus was to add CT to the Monobook sidebar.
• Consensus was to Add links establishing Firefox as the "official browser" of the site for ease of viewing.
• It was decided that there should be a good article removal/review process, to be hashed out later in consensus threads.
• Starting with the set of nominations currently on the page, good article nominations will have to have five support votes in addition to the nominator's vote for quality assurance, similar to the current FAN system.

• CT: Forum:CT:Unnamed, unknown, nameless – Consensus to use "unidentified" with no category piping for articles without a known, canonical name. Example: "Unidentified Blue Blob" as the title and for the category. The title starts with "unidentified," and the lack of piping in the category means, by default, it is categorized under "U" in the "Blobs" category. —Xwing328(Talk) 18:09, 30 March 2008 (UTC)
