Specifically, FANs need no more than four user votes to pass, a GAN needs no more than two, and CANs can pass with only three user votes. User votes above the requirement are not necessary for the article to pass, so such reviews are not directly helping the nomination. Therefore, we encourage users to focus their attention on nominations which do not have enough user votes to pass.
