Nominations for April 2011Edit

NaruHinaEdit

SupportEdit

  1. Naru's been a very active Wookieepedian for quite some time but has always managed to fly just under the radar. Quite a few Good and Featured articles to his name, and the man is positively a demon when it comes to nominating Comprehensive Articles. He's a very active reviewer, as well; the GAN and CAN pages have seen a lot of activity from him, particularly within the last month. Naru's helpful and encouraging to newer users who are learning the ropes on the CAN page --- with all of the great work he's been doing lately, Naru's definitely the Wookieepedian of the month in my heart at the very least. Menkooroo 06:32, March 2, 2011 (UTC)
  2. Love both these guys, Omicron and NH. NaruHina has been a tidal wave at CAN, and that's where I've been spending a lot of time lately, so here's to you, NH. ~ SavageBob 16:14, March 2, 2011 (UTC)
  3. Have to agree with the above, Naru has done some great work both lately and in the past. OLIOSTER (talk) 16:17, March 2, 2011 (UTC)
  4. I'm going to have to vote for NaruHina. I've personally seen the work he's done over the last month, and it's impressive, particularly his CAN work. Holocron Greatholocron (Complain) 11:01, March 3, 2011 (UTC)
  5. NAYAYEN—it appears to be a frammistat 09:29, March 8, 2011 (UTC)
  6. Jedi Kasra (comlink) 00:46, March 11, 2011 (UTC)
  7. He's helped me out tremendously with my music articles. Here's a thank you in the form of a vote. MasterFredCommerce Guild(Whatever) 23:17, March 12, 2011 (UTC)

OpposeEdit

  1. I'm more than happy to forget block history and warnings and so forth in light of Naru's "new leaf" when it comes to interacting with his fellow users, but I've been seeing Naru make quite a few reversions in poor faith lately. For someone who's been on the site for a few years, I'd expect his response to IP edits to be a bit more measured. Anonymous editors are the beginnings of users on this site and they should not be squashed with every move they make. Graestan(Talk) 12:55, March 3, 2011 (UTC)
  2. Thanks for the nomination Menk, but it's Freddy's month. Besides, do you really want "NaruHina" on the front page of a wiki on Star Wars? NaruHina Talk Anakinsolo 06:07, March 13, 2011 (UTC)

CommentsEdit

I'm not voting until I've seen the other candidates, but NaruHina's done some very, very good work lately. Remember that >9000 'Team x" article nomination spree? Holocron Greatholocron (Complain) 07:14, March 2, 2011 (UTC)

OmicronEdit

SupportEdit

  1. Omicron is an extremely active, quiet, and mild-mannered user whose edits generally fall under the categories of adding new information from sources old and new; patrolling the recent changes with a metered, even-tempered approach; and sifting through the entirety of the site, performing general cleanups and removing speculative information. These are the sorts of edits that make the site as a whole a pleasant and high-quality source of information for the Star Wars fan community. I've called Omicron out once on his patrolling duties, and it turned out that I myself was completely in the wrong; Omicron's superior knowledge of source material makes him a better candidate than most administrators for such activities. This is the sort of guy who keeps the Wook running and I'd like to see him and others recognized for this. Graestan(Talk) 13:06, March 2, 2011 (UTC)
  2. For reverting that vandalism done by my friends to the Cade Skywalker page before I could get to the library.WIERDGREENMAN 16:19, March 2, 2011 (UTC)
  3. per Graestan. Korsa3 00:14, March 3, 2011 (UTC)
  4. Grand Moff Tranner Imperial Department of Military Research (Comlink) 12:03, March 8, 2011 (UTC)
  5. Omicron is a very helpful user who has made many quality edits over the past month or so. He is very knowledgeable object even obscure things as well.--Exiledjedi 00:06, March 11, 2011 (UTC)

Master FredceriqueEdit

SupportEdit

  1. Nice guy who is trying to improve the wiki in an area where we were sorely lacking. His articles now have more technical information in them, and he's still fixing them up basically single-handedly (although I'm certain there are some other users supporting and helping him). Basically, everything I said last month. Darth Trayus(Trayus Academy) 22:24, March 4, 2011 (UTC)
  2. Lele Mj Green Squadron (Holoprojector) 23:17, March 6, 2011 (UTC)
  3. A user who writes OOUs. How can I not support. Kilson 02:07, March 8, 2011 (UTC)
  4. I think there are many very deserving candidates this month, which isn't always the case, IMO, including some who haven't been nominated yet. But Fred gets my vote this month for the hard work and, perhaps most importantly, patience, he's given to his music article nominations. Toprawa and Ralltiir 21:38, March 10, 2011 (UTC)
  5. If only I could write OOU articles as well as he. Corellian PremierRobotechAll along the watchtower 00:01, March 11, 2011 (UTC)
  6. Not an easy decision this month at all, but per Tope. Master Fred works very diligently, and has raised our real-world music articles up to an entirely new, very respectable level. Jonjedigrandmaster (Talk) 00:45, March 11, 2011 (UTC)
  7. Even though I am up for nomination this month, I have to agree that Fred has taken a hard subject and made this wiki a better place. He can have my vote.<-Omicron(Leave a message at the BEEP!) 03:24, March 12, 2011 (UTC)
  8. 1358 (Talk) 23:28, March 12, 2011 (UTC)
  9. Per Tope and Jujiggum. Master Jonathan (Council Chambers) Sunday, March 13, 2011, 00:00 UTC
  10. What is said above, a hard working and patient editor who's well worth this. (: –Tm_T (Talk) 05:27, March 13, 2011 (UTC)

  12. Absolfreakinlutely. - JMAS Jolly Trooper Hey, it's me! 06:10, March 13, 2011 (UTC)
  13. Have to give my vote to Fred again this month per above. OLIOSTER (talk) 05:35, March 16, 2011 (UTC)
  14. As I said last month, he helped me out with getting Zuckuss off of probation. Hell, that Gand owes him a vote, too. Trak Nar Ramble on 05:38, March 16, 2011 (UTC)
  15. From what I've seen over this month in regards to his work on the Music articles and organization of musical files, I am impressed. -- Riffsyphon1024 07:18, March 16, 2011 (UTC)
  16. Karohalva 21:45, March 23, 2011 (UTC)
