Missing Table of Contents[]

Why is this page missing the Table of Contents as found in the Good Articles and Featured Articles page?--Richterbelmont10 ^{(come in R2!)} 23:42, August 11, 2014 (UTC)

Anyone mind if I add missing Table of Contents?[]

Seeing as how no one replied to my previous post, would anyone mind if I inserted the missing the Table of Contents for Comprehensive Articles? The template is found here at Template:CATOC.
