Xia Yan was a member of the Security Bureau, a branch of the Land & Sky Corporation. When the Jedi Master Mostima and her Padawan Sean traveled to the Aakaash system to investigate the death of Nan Holi, Xia detained them and told them to drop their investigation.[1]
