The Yacombe Delegate[1] was an envoy for the Yacombe religion during the High Republic Era. She[1] spoke through a proxy as they did not speak themselves.[2] Around 382 BBY,[3] the envoy and Ximpi traveled to[2] the moon[4] Jedha in search of a place of peace and harmony, and went to apply for membership on the Convocation of the Force, an advisory board that promoted understanding between the different religions on Jedha. When they arrived at the Convocation Chambers, they were threatened by representatives of the Fallanassi and Matukai, as they believed the Yacombe were dark siders. Before either could reach the envoy, however, Jedi Oliviah Zeveron arrived to defend the Yacombe, and was able to defuse the situation. After receiving an apology from Kilan T'Dara, the representative of the Church of the Force and chair of the Convocation, the Yacombe communicated with their Ximpi, who informed the Convocation that the envoy was retracting their application, wished them "May the Force be with you," and left.[2]

Star Wars: The High Republic Chronological Reader's Guide on StarWars.com (backup link; content not present on current version) establishes that Phase II media of Star Wars: The High Republic chronologically begins with the novel The High Republic: Quest for the Hidden City. As Star Wars: The High Republic Character Encyclopedia dates the events of Quest for the Hidden City and the end of Phase II to 382 BBY, Phase II titles of The High Republic must be set in that year.
